ضبطت الدوريات الساحلية لحرس الحدود بينبع في منطقة المدينة المنورة، مواطنًا مخالفًا لنظام البيئة؛ لشروعه في الصيد دون ترخيص، بحوزته بندقية شوزن، و46 ذخيرة حيّة، وطُبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وشددت المديرية العامة لحرس الحدود على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تجرم صيد الكائنات الفطرية دون ترخيص، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (10,000) ﷼، وعقوبة استخدام بنادق الشوزن في الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (100,000) ﷼.
وأهابت في الوقت ذاته بالمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وذلك بالاتصال بالرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The coastal patrols of the Border Guard in Yanbu, in the Medina region, apprehended a citizen violating environmental regulations for attempting to hunt without a license, in possession of a shotgun and 46 live rounds. Legal procedures were applied against him.
The General Directorate of Border Guard emphasized the importance of adhering to environmental laws and their executive regulations, which criminalize hunting of wildlife without a license. It confirmed that the penalty for hunting without a license is a fine of (10,000) ﷼, and the penalty for using shotguns for hunting without a license is a fine of (100,000) ﷼.
At the same time, it urged the public to report any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the other regions of the Kingdom.
