سجّل مستشفى شرق عرفات إجراء 14 عملية قسطرة قلبية طارئة منذ تشغيل قسم القلب في أول أيام التشغيل بالحج وحتى اليوم، باستخدام جهاز القسطرة القلبية المتنقل، و ذلك ضمن جهود تعزيز الرعاية التخصصية في موسم حج 1446هـ.
و تُنفذ هذه الاجراءات الطبية بإشراف ميداني مباشر من مدينة الملك عبدالله الطبية بالعاصمة المقدسة، من خلال فريق طبي متخصص في أمراض القلب، وبدعم من كفاءات سعودية مؤهلة في مجالات التخدير والتمريض والرعاية القلبية العاجلة.
كما تندرج هذه الخدمة ضمن نظام الرعاية العاجلة، أحد مسارات نموذج الرعاية الصحية الحديث المعتمد في المملكة، والذي يهدف إلى تقديم رعاية صحية تخصصية عالية الكفاءة في مواقع تواجد الحجاج، بما يسهم في تقليل زمن الاستجابة الطبية وإنقاذ الأرواح في الوقت الحرج.
و يُمثل تشغيل جهاز القسطرة القلبية المتنقل في المشاعر المقدسة نقلة نوعية في تقديم خدمات القلب الطارئة، من خلال إتاحة التدخل الفوري دون الحاجة لنقل المرضى إلى مراكز متقدمة، مما يعزز السلامة السريرية ويضمن استمرارية الرعاية في موقع الحدث.

The East Arafat Hospital has recorded 14 emergency cardiac catheterization procedures since the opening of the cardiology department on the first day of the Hajj season until today, using a mobile cardiac catheterization device, as part of efforts to enhance specialized care during the Hajj season of 1446 AH.
These medical procedures are carried out under direct field supervision from King Abdullah Medical City in the holy capital, through a specialized medical team in cardiology, supported by qualified Saudi competencies in the fields of anesthesia, nursing, and urgent cardiac care.
This service is part of the urgent care system, one of the pathways of the modern healthcare model adopted in the Kingdom, which aims to provide high-efficiency specialized healthcare at the locations of the pilgrims, contributing to reducing medical response time and saving lives in critical moments.
The operation of the mobile cardiac catheterization device in the holy sites represents a qualitative leap in providing emergency cardiac services, by allowing immediate intervention without the need to transfer patients to advanced centers, thus enhancing clinical safety and ensuring continuity of care at the event site.
