أطلق تطبيق «بلدي+» تجربة رقمية متكاملة في الحج بالشراكة مع الهيئة الملكية لمدينة مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة؛ بهدف تسهيل رحلة ضيوف الرحمن، عبر خرائط تفاعلية دقيقة تعكس الواقع الميداني، وتسهم في الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات البلدية المقدمة داخل المشاعر المقدسة.
وتأتي المبادرة في إطار إستراتيجية «بلدي+»؛ لتعزيز تجربة المستخدم، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الرقمية، من خلال دمج خرائط مفصّلة للمشاعر المقدسة داخل التطبيق، بما يراعي قدسية المكان، ويوفّر للحجاج وسيلة رقمية موثوقة ومُحدَّثة، تواكب مختلف مراحل الرحلة من لحظة الوصول وحتى الانتهاء من أداء المناسك.
ويقدّم التطبيق، الذي طُوّر بسواعد وطنية، تجربة خريطة تفاعلية بواجهة ثلاثية الأبعاد، ومحتوى محلي دقيق، يعكس الواقع المتغيّر للمدن، مدعوماً بخدمات تنقّل ذكية تشمل معلومات لحظية عن الطرق والمواقع والخدمات، وتوجيهات داخل المراكز التجارية، إلى جانب تنبيهات بالمطبات والعوائق والطرق المغلقة، مع تكامل البيانات من مختلف الجهات الحكومية والمجتمع المحلي.
وخلال موسم الحج، قام فريق «بلدي+» بتحديث أكثر من (11) ألف معلم على الخريطة، شملت مداخل ومخارج الحرم المكي، والشوارع المحيطة به، ومسارات الوصول والمغادرة، إضافة إلى المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية، ومواقع الهلال الأحمر، والمشارب، ودورات المياه، وأكثر من (160) موقعاً حيوياً، وتم إدراج (567) محطة نقل عام (قطارات وحافلات) لتيسير حركة تنقل الحجاج، إلى جانب (2250) نقطة تمثل الفنادق والمخيمات، لتسهيل وصول الحجاج إلى أماكن إقامتهم.
وتضمنت التحديثات كذلك جسر الجمرات بمداخله ومخارجه ومسارات المشاة، إضافة إلى عكس جميع الإغلاقات المرورية على الخريطة بشكل لحظي، دعماً لخطط إدارة الحشود، وضماناً لانسيابية وسلامة الحركة والتنقل داخل المشاعر، إذ يتيح التطبيق أيضاً خدمات ذكية مثل تنبيهات الأذكار، ومواقيت الصلاة، والوصول إلى المصحف الشريف دون الحاجة إلى اتصال بالإنترنت، مما يُسهم في تسهيل تجربة الحاج وتعزيز الجوانب الروحية أثناء التنقل.

The "Baladi+" application has launched a comprehensive digital experience for Hajj in partnership with the Royal Commission for the City of Mecca and the Holy Sites; aiming to facilitate the journey of the guests of Allah, through accurate interactive maps that reflect the ground reality, and contribute to enhancing the quality of municipal services provided within the holy sites.
This initiative comes as part of the "Baladi+" strategy; to enhance user experience and improve the efficiency of digital services, by integrating detailed maps of the holy sites within the application, while respecting the sanctity of the place, and providing pilgrims with a reliable and updated digital tool that accompanies various stages of the journey from the moment of arrival until the completion of the rituals.
The application, developed by national efforts, offers an interactive map experience with a three-dimensional interface and accurate local content that reflects the changing reality of cities, supported by smart mobility services that include real-time information about roads, locations, and services, as well as directions within shopping centers, along with alerts about bumps, obstacles, and closed roads, with data integration from various government entities and the local community.
During the Hajj season, the "Baladi+" team updated more than (11,000) landmarks on the map, including the entrances and exits of the Grand Mosque, the surrounding streets, and the routes for arrival and departure, in addition to hospitals and health centers, Red Crescent locations, water stations, restrooms, and more than (160) vital sites. (567) public transport stations (trains and buses) were included to facilitate the movement of pilgrims, along with (2,250) points representing hotels and camps, to ease pilgrims' access to their accommodation.
The updates also included the Jamarat Bridge with its entrances, exits, and pedestrian pathways, in addition to reflecting all traffic closures on the map in real-time, supporting crowd management plans, and ensuring smooth and safe movement within the holy sites. The application also provides smart services such as alerts for dhikr, prayer times, and access to the Holy Quran without the need for an internet connection, which contributes to facilitating the pilgrim's experience and enhancing the spiritual aspects during their movement.
