The experience of Hajj is a memory etched in the mind, and a testament to the services provided by government entities, service organizations, the third sector, and civil society to ensure the comfort of the pilgrims.

Pilgrim Ahmed Mahmoud Abdel Aal from Egypt expressed his immense happiness with his experience in the holy lands, noting that this is the second time he has performed Hajj, describing this year's journey as the best ever in terms of organization and arrangement: "The procedures were precise and decisive, everyone worked hard to ensure that everything went perfectly, this organization made everyone feel overwhelming happiness in the pure land."

Pilgrim Ahmed expresses his pride in being among other Arab brothers, affirming that the occasion strengthens the brotherly bonds among the pilgrims. "I wished that all our family members were with us during these blessed days."

Ahmed plans to return next year with his family to share this unique spiritual experience with them. Regarding the procedures he went through since his arrival, he indicated that they were excellently organized. "From the moment my feet touched the airport, everything went as it should, and the Hajj papers were reviewed quickly and efficiently." He advises pilgrims to adhere to the regulations and laws set by the relevant Saudi authorities, urging not to take the risk of entering Mecca and the holy sites without a permit.
