حصدت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان ميداليتين (ذهبية وفضية) على مستوى العالم، عبر مشاركة الطالبة رسيل مسملي والطالب إبراهيم رفاعي، ضمن الفريق السعودي الممثل للوطن في المعرض الدولي للاختراعات والابتكارات والتقنية ITEX 2025 في ماليزيا.
وتُوجت الطالبة رسيل مسملي بالميدالية الذهبية عن مشروعها الابتكاري في مجال التقنيات الهندسية بعنوان «تصنيع ونمذجة وتصنيع واختبار خوذات الدراجات النارية باستخدام الأنظمة المركبة الهجينة»، فيما فاز الطالب إبراهيم رفاعي بالميدالية الفضية عن مشروعه الابتكاري في مجال الروبوتات والأجهزة الذكية بعنوان «تحويل السيارات غير ذاتية القيادة إلى سيارات ذاتية القيادة من خلال التعلم العميق والكاميرات وأجهزة الاستشعار الطرفية والمحركات التي تتحكم في السيارة».
وهنأ المدير العام للتعليم بالمنطقة ملهي بن حسن عقدي الطالب والطالبة وأسرتيهما ومدرستيهما، مشيداً بهذا الإنجاز العالمي الذي يُعد ثمرة للتعاون المثمر بين وزارة التعليم ومؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع (موهبة)، ويجسّد تكامل الجهود بين المؤسسات التعليمية والجهات الداعمة في تمكين الموهوبين، وتأهيلهم للمنافسة والتميز على المستوى الدولي.
يُذكر أن المملكة شاركت في منافسات المعرض الدولي للاختراعات والابتكارات والتقنية ITEX 2025 بماليزيا بـ20 طالباً وطالبة من المخترعين والمبتكرين في المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية، والمتأهلين من الأولمبياد الوطني للإبداع، ضمن منافسات مسابقة WYIE المصاحبة للمعرض، وتمكن أبناء المملكة من حصد 10 ميداليات ذهبية، و9 فضية، وميدالية برونزية، و6 جوائز خاصة.
The General Administration of Education in the Jazan region has won two medals (gold and silver) at the global level, through the participation of student Rasail Masmali and student Ibrahim Rafai, as part of the Saudi team representing the nation at the International Exhibition of Inventions, Innovations, and Technology ITEX 2025 in Malaysia.
Student Rasail Masmali was awarded the gold medal for her innovative project in the field of engineering technologies titled "Manufacturing, Modeling, and Testing Motorcycle Helmets Using Hybrid Composite Systems," while student Ibrahim Rafai won the silver medal for his innovative project in the field of robotics and smart devices titled "Converting Non-Autonomous Vehicles into Autonomous Vehicles Using Deep Learning, Cameras, Peripheral Sensors, and Vehicle Control Motors."
The General Director of Education in the region, Malhi bin Hassan Aqdi, congratulated the student and student and their families and schools, praising this global achievement, which is considered a result of the fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Education and the King Abdulaziz and His Men Foundation for Talent and Creativity (Mawhiba). It embodies the integration of efforts between educational institutions and supporting entities in empowering talented individuals and preparing them to compete and excel at the international level.
It is noteworthy that the Kingdom participated in the competitions of the International Exhibition of Inventions, Innovations, and Technology ITEX 2025 in Malaysia with 20 students from inventors and innovators in the middle and secondary stages, who qualified from the National Olympiad for Creativity, as part of the accompanying WYIE competition of the exhibition. The children of the Kingdom managed to win 10 gold medals, 9 silver medals, 1 bronze medal, and 6 special awards.
