الفايز يزور مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة «911» بمنطقة مكة المكرمة

The Commander of the Special Forces for Security and Protection, Rear Admiral Mansour bin Nasser Al-Fayez, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah region, where he was received by the Commander of the National Security Operations Center, Brigadier General Omar bin Aida Al-Talhi.

The Commander of the Special Forces for Security and Protection toured the center's departments and learned about the workflow and how to handle incoming reports and calls to the center, referring them to the relevant authorities as quickly as possible and following up on them until they are resolved with high accuracy and professionalism, using the latest unified technical means to provide the best services to the guests of Allah and the residents of the Makkah region in multiple languages around the clock.

Brigadier General Al-Talhi showcased the services provided in the security monitoring room, which consists of live broadcast screens for the provinces of the Makkah region and the holy sites, as well as applications of artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies.

It is worth noting that the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah region serves (16) provinces, in addition to the city of Makkah, and unifies the operations of (47) control rooms in one place with a unified emergency number (911), specializing in receiving all emergency calls related to several security and service entities.
