أعلنت شركة NHC Innovation، إحدى شركات NHC والذراع الابتكاري في تطوير الحلول الرقمية للمدن، عن تأسيس شركة «Naver Innovation» لتنفيذ الحلول المتقدمة للمدن الذكية في السعودية، بالشراكة مع شركة Naver Cloud الكورية الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا. وتم توقيع عقد التأسيس برعاية وزير البلديات البلدية والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل.
وتهدف الشركة الجديدة إلى تطوير وتنفيذ تقنيات رقمية متقدمة تدعم مبادرات التحول الحضري وتسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030. وتجمع «Naver Innovation» بين خبرات NHC Innovation في تطوير الحلول العقارية والبلدية، والتقنيات المتقدمة التي توفرها Naver Cloud في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمنصات السحابية، والبيانات الضخمة.
وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي لـ NHC Innovation المهندس ريان بن عبدالله العقل، أن تأسيس الشركة يُعد محطة مفصلية في مسيرة تمكين المدن الذكية والمستدامة في المملكة، عبر شراكة استراتيجية مع أكبر شركة تكنولوجيا في كوريا الجنوبية. وأوضح أن «Naver Innovation» ستعتمد على تقنيات مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي واسع النطاق، والتوائم الرقمية، والمساحات الذكية، والخدمات السحابية، لدعم التحول الرقمي، وتأهيل البنية التحتية، وتوسيع برمجيات الأعمال، ضمن محفظة مشاريع تتجاوز قيمتها ملياري ريال.
وأضاف م. العقل أن NHC Innovation مستمرة في توسيع شراكاتها مع كيانات تقنية محلية ودولية، إذ وقّعت مؤخرًا اتفاقية مع شركة «عزم السعودية» لتأسيس «وصل»، المتخصصة في التقنية المالية، لتقديم تجربة تمويل رقمية مؤتمتة بالكامل. كما عقدت شراكات دولية مع شركات كبرى، من أبرزها 2GIS الروسية التابعة لـ Sber Bank.
من جهته، عبّر الرئيس التنفيذي لـ Naver Cloud كيم يو-وون ، عن حماسه للشراكة قائلاً: «سنسخّر أحدث تقنياتنا لدعم الابتكار الرقمي، وتحقيق أثر ملموس في تحسين كفاءة الخدمات وحياة الناس».
وتأتي هذه الشراكة استجابة للنمو المتسارع في الطلب على الحلول الرقمية المتقدمة داخل السعودية، خصوصًا في القطاعين العقاري والبلدي، دعمًا لأهداف رؤية 2030 التي تضع التحول الرقمي في صميم أولوياتها، من خلال تمكين المدن الذكية، وتحليل البيانات الضخمة، وتوسيع تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية لقطاعات حيوية.
يُذكر أن الشركتين كانتا قد وقّعتا مذكرة تفاهم في نوفمبر 2024 لتطوير «خرائط بلدي»، وتفعيل التوائم الرقمية، وتطبيقات المدن الذكية، ومنها التنبؤ بالفيضانات، وتحليل الحركة المرورية، ومحاكاة الكثافة السكانية، والكشف عن الإنشاءات غير النظامية، بما يسهم في تطوير التخطيط الحضاري وتحسين جودة الحياة.
NHC Innovation, one of the NHC companies and the innovative arm in developing digital solutions for cities, announced the establishment of "Naver Innovation" to implement advanced smart city solutions in Saudi Arabia, in partnership with the leading Korean technology company Naver Cloud. The establishment contract was signed under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail.
The new company aims to develop and implement advanced digital technologies that support urban transformation initiatives and contribute to improving the quality of life, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. "Naver Innovation" combines the expertise of NHC Innovation in developing real estate and municipal solutions with the advanced technologies provided by Naver Cloud in the fields of artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and big data.
The CEO of NHC Innovation, Engineer Ryan bin Abdullah Al-Aql, confirmed that the establishment of the company represents a pivotal milestone in the journey of enabling smart and sustainable cities in the Kingdom, through a strategic partnership with the largest technology company in South Korea. He explained that "Naver Innovation" will rely on technologies such as large-scale artificial intelligence, digital twins, smart spaces, and cloud services to support digital transformation, upgrade infrastructure, and expand business software, within a project portfolio exceeding two billion riyals.
Engineer Al-Aql added that NHC Innovation continues to expand its partnerships with local and international tech entities, having recently signed an agreement with "Azm Saudi" to establish "Wasl," specializing in financial technology, to provide a fully automated digital financing experience. It has also formed international partnerships with major companies, notably 2GIS, a Russian company affiliated with Sber Bank.
For his part, the CEO of Naver Cloud, Kim Yoo-Won, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating: "We will leverage our latest technologies to support digital innovation and achieve a tangible impact on improving service efficiency and people's lives."
This partnership comes in response to the accelerating demand for advanced digital solutions within Saudi Arabia, especially in the real estate and municipal sectors, supporting the goals of Vision 2030, which places digital transformation at the core of its priorities by enabling smart cities, analyzing big data, expanding artificial intelligence applications, and enhancing the digital infrastructure of vital sectors.
It is noteworthy that the two companies had signed a memorandum of understanding in November 2024 to develop "Baladi Maps," activate digital twins, and smart city applications, including flood prediction, traffic analysis, population density simulation, and detection of unauthorized constructions, contributing to urban planning development and improving quality of life.
