أطلقت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بالتعاون مع وزارة السياحة خدمة «أجير مواسم السياحة»، وذلك ضمن جهودها الهادفة إلى تمكين الكوادر الوطنية من العمل الموسمي في القطاع السياحي، ورفع مستوى مشاركتهم في سوق العمل.
وتهدف الخدمة إلى دعم منشآت القطاع السياحي التي تعمل في أنشطة الإيواء والسفر والسياحة، وتشرف عليها وترخصها وزارة السياحة من تلبية احتياجها خلال فترات الذروة السياحية، وتمكينها من الاستفادة من خدمات القوى العاملة الموسمية حول المملكة، وذلك وفق ضوابط وقواعد عمل محددة وآلية منظمة تضمن سهولة ومرونة التعاقد الموسمي.
وتُتيح خدمة «أجير مواسم السياحة» للمنشآت عرض الشواغر الوظيفية عبر منصة «أجير»، وتمكّن الباحثين عن عمل من استعراض الفرص المتاحة والتقديم عليها إلكترونياً، كما تتيح إصدار تصاريح عمل موسمية موثقة تعزز موثوقية العلاقة التعاقدية بين الطرفين.
وأكدت الوزارة أن هذه الخدمة تأتي ضمن المبادرات الإستراتيجية الرامية إلى تعزيز مرونة سوق العمل، ورفع كفاءة وجاهزية القوى العاملة الوطنية، بما يسهم في تقليل الاعتماد على العمالة غير الوطنية، ويدعم توجهات تمكين المواطنين من فرص العمل المؤقتة في القطاعات الحيوية.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن الخدمة تسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، من خلال توسيع مشاركة السعوديين في التنمية الاقتصادية، وإتاحة المجال أمامهم لاكتساب المهارات والخبرات في بيئات عمل متجددة تتماشى مع احتياجات السوق المتسارعة.
يذكر أن وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية تعمل على توفير حلول فعالة ومرنة تدعم منشآت القطاع الخاص، وتُمكّن الكوادر الوطنية من الإسهام في مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية، بما يواكب تطلعات القيادة الرشيدة نحو بناء اقتصاد مزدهر قائم على استثمار الطاقات الوطنية.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, has launched the "Ajeer Tourism Seasons" service as part of its efforts to empower national workforce to engage in seasonal work in the tourism sector and enhance their participation in the labor market.
The service aims to support tourism sector establishments that operate in accommodation, travel, and tourism activities, which are supervised and licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, to meet their needs during peak tourism periods and enable them to benefit from seasonal workforce services across the Kingdom, in accordance with specific operational regulations and organized mechanisms that ensure ease and flexibility in seasonal contracting.
The "Ajeer Tourism Seasons" service allows establishments to post job vacancies through the "Ajeer" platform, enabling job seekers to view available opportunities and apply for them electronically. It also allows for the issuance of documented seasonal work permits that enhance the reliability of the contractual relationship between the two parties.
The ministry confirmed that this service is part of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the flexibility of the labor market and increasing the efficiency and readiness of the national workforce, contributing to reducing reliance on non-national labor and supporting the empowerment of citizens in temporary job opportunities in vital sectors.
The ministry clarified that the service contributes to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by expanding the participation of Saudis in economic development and providing them with opportunities to acquire skills and experiences in dynamic work environments that align with the rapidly changing market needs.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is working to provide effective and flexible solutions that support private sector establishments and enable the national workforce to contribute to various economic activities, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership towards building a prosperous economy based on investing in national talents.
