أطلقت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية خدمة «رفع السيرة الذاتية» للعمالة المساندة (المنزلية) عبر منصة «مساند»؛ لتمكين أصحاب العمل من الاستفادة منها عند نقل خدمات العامل.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن هذه الخدمة تُعد نموذجًا مبتكرًا لتسهيل اختيار العمالة بناءً على سيرهم الذاتية وطلب نقل خدماتهم بطريقة سهلة وميسرة، إذ تتميز بكونها مؤتمتة بالكامل مما يسهم في تسهيل وصول أصحاب العمل إلى العمالة المساندة الموجودة داخل المملكة.
وتتيح «مساند» خدمة رفع السيرة الذاتية للعامل عند انتهاء العلاقة التعاقدية مع صاحب العمل موضحًا فيها المهنة والخبرات المكتسبة مما يتيح خيارات متعددة لأصحاب العمل للبحث على السير الذاتية والاختيار بناءً على المهارات والمهن التي تتوافق مع حاجاته، كما يسهم هذا الإجراء في حفظ حقوق العامل وصاحب العمل على حدٍّ سواء.
وتأتي هذه الخدمة تماشيًا مع جهود الوزارة الساعية لتطوير قطاع الاستقدام في المملكة، إذ أطلقت في وقت سابق برامج متعددة لحفظ وحماية حقوق طرفي العلاقة التعاقدية من ضمنها برنامج حماية الأجور للعمالة المساندة، وبرنامج التأمين على العقود، وبرنامج العقد الموحد في استقدام العمالة ملزم لطرفي العقد يحفظ الحقوق التعاقدية، ويحدد الالتزامات على الطرفين.
يُذكر أن منصةَ «مساند» هي المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للاستقدام واستعراض السير الذاتية والتعاقد مع العمالة المساندة في المملكة، إذ توفر المنصة خدمات متعددة؛ لتحسين وتسهيل رحلة الاستقدام، وحلّ الشكاوى والخلافات التي من الممكن أن تحدث بين كافة الأطراف، إضافةً إلى المحافظة على حقوقهم.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched the "Resume Upload" service for support (domestic) workers through the "Musanid" platform; to enable employers to benefit from it when transferring the worker's services.
The ministry clarified that this service is an innovative model to facilitate the selection of workers based on their resumes and the request to transfer their services in an easy and accessible manner, as it is fully automated, which helps employers easily reach the support workers available within the Kingdom.
The "Musanid" platform allows the worker to upload their resume upon the termination of the contractual relationship with the employer, detailing the profession and acquired experiences, which provides multiple options for employers to search for resumes and choose based on the skills and professions that match their needs. This procedure also helps preserve the rights of both the worker and the employer.
This service comes in line with the ministry's efforts to develop the recruitment sector in the Kingdom, as it previously launched multiple programs to preserve and protect the rights of both parties in the contractual relationship, including the Wage Protection Program for support workers, the Contract Insurance Program, and the Unified Contract Program in the recruitment of workers, which is binding on both parties and preserves contractual rights, specifying obligations for both sides.
It is worth mentioning that the "Musanid" platform is the unified national platform for recruitment, reviewing resumes, and contracting with support workers in the Kingdom, as the platform provides multiple services to improve and facilitate the recruitment journey, and resolve complaints and disputes that may arise between all parties, in addition to preserving their rights.
