أسفرت الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي تمت في مناطق المملكة كافة، للفترة من 15 / 05 / 2025م إلى21 / 05 / 2025م، عن ضبط 13,118 مخالفاً، منهم 8,150 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و3,344 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، و1,624 مخالفاً لنظام العمل. وبلغ إجمالي من تم ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة 1,207 أشخاص 37% منهم يمنيو الجنسية، و61% إثيوبيو الجنسية، و02% جنسيات أخرى، كما تم ضبط 94 شخصاً لمحاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية.
كما تم ضبط 13 متورطاً في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم. وبلغ إجمالي من يتم إخضاعهم حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 21,872 وافداً مخالفاً، منهم 20,616 رجلاً، و1,256 امرأة.
كما احيل 15,936 مخالفاً لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، وإحالة 1,359 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وترحيل 11,566 مخالفاً.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن كل من يسهل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال، يعرّض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به، وأوضحت أن هذه الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.

The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which took place in all regions of the Kingdom from 15/05/2025 to 21/05/2025, resulted in the apprehension of 13,118 violators, including 8,150 violators of the residency system, 3,344 violators of border security regulations, and 1,624 violators of labor laws. The total number of individuals apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom was 1,207, of whom 37% were of Yemeni nationality, 61% were of Ethiopian nationality, and 2% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 94 individuals were apprehended for attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom in an irregular manner.
Thirteen individuals involved in the transport, sheltering, and employment of violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, as well as concealing them, were also apprehended. The total number currently undergoing enforcement procedures is 21,872 violators, including 20,616 men and 1,256 women.
Furthermore, 15,936 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, 1,359 violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, and 11,566 violators were deported.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of border security regulations into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form, exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and housing used for shelter, in addition to publicizing their actions. It clarified that this crime is considered a major offense warranting detention and is detrimental to honor and integrity.
