في إطار جهود اللجنة الوزارية المكلّفة من القمة العربية الإسلامية المشتركة غير العادية بشأن التطورات في قطاع غزة، عقد وفد اللجنة الوزارية برئاسة وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، ونائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية أيمن الصفدي، ووزير الخارجية والهجرة وشؤون المصريين بالخارج في جمهورية مصر العربية الدكتور بدر عبدالعاطي، اجتماعًا، اليوم، مع وزير أوروبا والشؤون الخارجية في الجمهورية الفرنسية جان نويل بارو، وذلك في مقر وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية بالعاصمة باريس.
وجرى خلال الاجتماع بحث الجهود الدولية الرامية إلى إنهاء الحرب على قطاع غزة، والسماح بتدفق المساعدات الإنسانية إلى القطاع، ومناقشة تعزيز الجهود المشتركة لوقف كافة الانتهاكات التي تمارسها سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق الشعب الفلسطيني والأراضي المحتلة، والتي تخالف القوانين والأعراف الدولية والقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وناقش الاجتماع دعم المساعي الرامية إلى إحلال السلام في المنطقة، وتنفيذ حل الدولتين وفقًا للقوانين الدولية ذات الصلة، بما يحقق الأمن والازدهار للمنطقة.
كما بحث الاجتماع التحضيرات الجارية للمؤتمر الدولي رفيع المستوى لحل الدولتين، الذي سيُعقد في مقر الأمم المتحدة خلال شهر يونيو القادم بمدينة نيويورك، برئاسة مشتركة من المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية الفرنسية.

As part of the efforts of the ministerial committee tasked by the extraordinary joint Arab Islamic summit regarding the developments in the Gaza Strip, a delegation from the ministerial committee, headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Ayman Safadi, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptians Abroad of the Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Badr Abdelatty, held a meeting today with the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic Jean-Yves Le Drian, at the headquarters of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the capital, Paris.
During the meeting, discussions were held on international efforts aimed at ending the war on the Gaza Strip, allowing the flow of humanitarian aid to the region, and enhancing joint efforts to stop all violations committed by the Israeli occupation authorities against the Palestinian people and the occupied territories, which contravene international laws and norms as well as international humanitarian law.
The meeting also discussed supporting efforts aimed at achieving peace in the region and implementing the two-state solution in accordance with relevant international laws, thereby ensuring security and prosperity for the region.
Additionally, the meeting addressed the ongoing preparations for the high-level international conference on the two-state solution, which will be held at the United Nations headquarters in New York City next June, co-chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs' advisor for political affairs, Prince Musab bin Mohammed Al Farhan.
