أوضحت وزارة الداخلية أن تأشيرات الزيارة بجميع أنواعها ومسمياتها، باستثناء «تأشيرة الحج»، لا تخوّل حاملها أداء فريضة الحج.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنه سيتم تطبيق غرامة مالية تصل إلى (20000) ريال بحق من يقوم من حاملي تأشيرات الزيارة بأنواعها كافة، أو يحاول القيام بالدخول إلى مدينة مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة أو البقاء فيهما، بداية من اليوم الأول من شهر ذي القعدة حتى نهاية اليوم الـ14 من شهر ذي الحجة، وترحيل المتسللين للحج من المقيمين والمتخلفين لبلادهم ومنعهم من دخول المملكة لمدة (10) سنوات.
وأهابت وزارة الداخلية بالجميع الالتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج، التي تهدف إلى المحافظة على أمن وسلامة الحجاج لأداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة، والمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن مخالفي تلك الأنظمة والتعليمات عبر الرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، والرياض، والشرقية، والرقم (999) في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Interior clarified that visit visas of all types and names, except for the "Hajj visa," do not authorize the holder to perform the Hajj pilgrimage.
The ministry indicated that a financial penalty of up to (20,000) riyals will be imposed on anyone holding any type of visit visa who attempts to enter the city of Mecca and the holy sites or stay there, starting from the first day of the month of Dhul-Qi'dah until the end of the 14th day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, and that violators of the Hajj regulations will be deported to their countries and banned from entering the Kingdom for (10) years.
The Ministry of Interior urged everyone to adhere to the Hajj regulations and instructions, which aim to maintain the safety and security of pilgrims so they can perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind, and to promptly report any violators of those regulations and instructions via the number (911) in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
