كشف صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية، مساهمته في توظيف 143 ألف مواطن ومواطنة عبر برامج الصندوق للعمل في منشآت القطاع الخاص خلال الربع الأول من العام الحالي بنسبة نمو بلغت 93% مقارنة بالربع الأول من عام 2024م، بينما بلغ عدد المستفيدين من خدمات وبرامج التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد التي قدمها الصندوق خلال الربع الأول 1.18 مليون مستفيد ومستفيدة بنسبة نمو بلغت 4% مقارنة بالربع الأول من العام الماضي، كما تجاوز عدد المنشآت المستفيدة خلال الفترة ذاتها 98 ألف منشأة في مختلف قطاعات سوق العمل ومن مختلف مناطق المملكة بنسبة نمو وصلت إلى 37% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام المنصرم، منها 93% منشآت متوسطة وصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، في حين وصل إجمالي المبالغ المصروفة على برامج دعم التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد خلال الربع الأول إلى 1,83 مليار ريال.
وقال مدير عام الصندوق تركي الجعويني إن الصندوق يعمل وفق شراكة فعالة مع مختلف القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة لدعم وتمكين أبناء وبنات الوطن من الحصول على فرص وظيفية في سوق العمل، مشيراً إلى أن الصندوق شهد العديد من التحولات التي جاءت انطلاقاً من حرص قيادتنا الرشيدة - حفظها الله - على الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري.
وأشار مدير عام الصندوق إلى أن تنامي أعداد المستفيدين الذين تمت المساهمة في توظيفهم عبر خدمات وبرامج دعم التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد من الأفراد ومنشآت القطاع الخاص، يأتي ضمن جهود الصندوق في تلبية متغيرات ومتطلبات سوق العمل وتحسين كفاءته، ومواكبة التطورات ومراعاة الاحتياجات والقطاعات الاقتصادية ذات الأولوية، وتطوير برامج دعم التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد المهني الموجهة إلى الكوادر الوطنية، بما يتماشى ويسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 واستراتيجية سوق العمل.
The Human Resources Development Fund revealed its contribution to employing 143,000 citizens through the Fund's programs to work in private sector establishments during the first quarter of this year, with a growth rate of 93% compared to the first quarter of 2024. Meanwhile, the number of beneficiaries from the training, empowerment, and guidance services and programs provided by the Fund during the first quarter reached 1.18 million beneficiaries, with a growth rate of 4% compared to the first quarter of last year. Additionally, the number of establishments benefiting during the same period exceeded 98,000 in various labor market sectors and from different regions of the Kingdom, with a growth rate of 37% compared to the same period last year, of which 93% were medium, small, and micro enterprises. The total amount spent on training, empowerment, and guidance support programs during the first quarter reached 1.83 billion riyals.
The General Director of the Fund, Turki Al-Jawini, stated that the Fund operates in effective partnership with various government and private sectors to support and empower the sons and daughters of the nation to obtain job opportunities in the labor market, pointing out that the Fund has witnessed many transformations stemming from the keenness of our wise leadership - may God protect it - to invest in human capital.
The General Director of the Fund indicated that the increasing number of beneficiaries who have been employed through training, empowerment, and guidance support services and programs from individuals and private sector establishments is part of the Fund's efforts to meet the changes and requirements of the labor market, improve its efficiency, keep pace with developments, consider the needs of priority economic sectors, and develop training, empowerment, and professional guidance support programs aimed at national cadres, in line with and contributing to achieving the objectives of Vision 2030 and the Labor Market Strategy.
