نوّه أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير، على رؤساء البلديات، إلى ضرورة تسريع وتيرة العمل مع المقاولين المتعاقدة معهم الأمانة لأعمال إعادة تأهيل وسفلتة الشوارع في المنطقة، وذلك استمراراً لجهودها ضمن برنامج تحسين المشهد الحضري، ورفع مستوى أداء الطرق، مشيراً لحرص الأمانة على تحقيق رضا المستفيدين، ورفع مستوى سلامة الطرق.
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع تحسين المشهد الحضري الذي عقده اليوم (الثلاثاء)، 22/11/1446هـ، لمناقشة إنجازات الأمانة والبلديات في معالجة التشوه البصري بالمنطقة ضمن أعمال برنامج تحسين المشهد الحضري، واستعراض مؤشرات القياس لأداء البلديات، بحضور الوكلاء ورؤساء البلديات، بمقر الأمانة.
واطّلع الجبير على عرض غرفة عمليات تحسين المشهد الحضري، الذي تضمّن جهود الأمانة في معالجة التشوهات البصرية، شمل عرض الرسم البياني للتغطية الرقابية في المناطق ذات الأولوية ومستجداتها في الفترة من 1 مايو، وحتى 20 مايو 2025، إضافة إلى التغطية الرقابية في مناطق التوسعة.
كما ناقش ضمن العرض الزيارات الرقابية لمشاريع الحفريات، وسبل التعامل مع الحواجز للمشاريع، مع عرض نماذج تمت مناقشتها، تلاه عرض تحليل أداء البلديات للربع الأول لكل من الرفيعة، وقرية العليا، والجبيل، ومليجة، وجوف بني هاجر، وعين دار.
وعرضت الإدارة العامة لتنسيق المشروعات إحصاء تصاريح الرقابة والمخالفات للأسبوع الثالث من الفترة 15 وحتى 20 مايو 2025، إذ تضمن مؤشر رخص الحفريات عدد الرخص لعدد من القطاعات، فيما بلغ إجمالي الزيارات الرقابية 140 زيارة ما بين زيارات استشاري مراقب ومراقبي البلدية، إضافة إلى خدمات تنسيق أعمال البنية التحتية، والمشاريع المطروحة ضمنها ومزودي الخدمة للمشاريع.
واختتم الاجتماع بعرض تقرير بلاغات التشوه البصري للإدارة العامة للموثوقية والأداء، من تاريخ 1/1/2025م وحتى 17/5/2025م، والذي تضمن بلاغات التشوه البصري في أمانة المنطقة الشرقية، إذ بلغ عدد المناطق المستهدفة 26660 منطقة، بإجمالي عدد طلبات 10522 طلبا، و35557 إجمالي البلاغات، كما تضمن العرض بلاغات التشوه البصري في الأمانة (عدسة بلدي)، كما جاء ضمن العرض تقرير الجهات الخدمية.
The Eastern Province Secretary, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubair, emphasized to the mayors the necessity of accelerating the pace of work with the contractors engaged by the municipality for the rehabilitation and paving of streets in the region, continuing its efforts within the Urban Improvement Program, and enhancing the performance of roads. He pointed out the municipality's commitment to achieving beneficiary satisfaction and improving road safety.
This came during the Urban Improvement meeting held today (Tuesday), 22/11/1446 AH, to discuss the municipality's and mayors' achievements in addressing visual distortion in the region as part of the Urban Improvement Program, and to review the performance measurement indicators for the municipalities, attended by the deputies and mayors, at the municipality's headquarters.
Al-Jubair reviewed the presentation from the Urban Improvement Operations Room, which included the municipality's efforts in addressing visual distortions, featuring a chart of the monitoring coverage in priority areas and its developments from May 1 to May 20, 2025, in addition to the monitoring coverage in expansion areas.
He also discussed within the presentation the monitoring visits for excavation projects and ways to deal with barriers for the projects, along with a presentation of models that were discussed, followed by an analysis of the municipalities' performance for the first quarter for Al-Rafiah, Al-Qaryah Al-Ulya, Al-Jubail, Al-Mulijah, Jof Bani Hajar, and Ain Dar.
The General Administration for Project Coordination presented statistics on monitoring permits and violations for the third week of the period from May 15 to May 20, 2025, which included an indicator for excavation permits, detailing the number of permits across several sectors, while the total number of monitoring visits reached 140, including visits by monitoring consultants and municipal inspectors, in addition to services for coordinating infrastructure works, the projects offered within it, and service providers for the projects.
The meeting concluded with a report on visual distortion complaints from the General Administration for Reliability and Performance, covering the period from January 1, 2025, to May 17, 2025, which included complaints about visual distortion in the Eastern Province Municipality, with a total of 26,660 targeted areas, totaling 10,522 requests, and 35,557 total complaints. The presentation also included complaints about visual distortion in the municipality (Baladi Lens), as well as a report from the service entities.
