حذّرت وزارة الداخلية من مخالفة أنظمة وتعليمات الحج بأداء أو محاولة أداء الحج دون تصريح، وذلك ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من شهر ذي القعدة حتى نهاية اليوم الرابع عشر من شهر ذي الحجة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنه سيتم تطبيق غرامة مالية تصل إلى 20 ألف ريال بحق من يُضبط مؤديًا أو محاولًا أداء الحج دون تصريح، وترحيل المتسللين للحج من المقيمين والمتخلفين لبلادهم ومنعهم من دخول المملكة لمدة (10) سنوات.
وأهابت وزارة الداخلية بالجميع الالتزام بالتعليمات المنظمة لموسم حج هذا العام 1447، والتعاون مع الجهات المختصة لتحقيق أمن وسلامة ضيوف الرحمن، وأن مخالفة ذلك تعرض مرتكبيها للعقوبات النظامية.
ودعت إلى المبادرة بالإبلاغ عن مخالفيها عبر الرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، والرقم (999) في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Interior has warned against violating the regulations and instructions of Hajj by performing or attempting to perform Hajj without a permit, starting from the first day of the month of Dhul-Qi'dah until the end of the fourteenth day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah.
The ministry clarified that a financial penalty of up to 20,000 riyals will be imposed on anyone caught performing or attempting to perform Hajj without a permit, and that infiltrators attempting to perform Hajj will be deported to their home countries and banned from entering the Kingdom for a period of 10 years.
The Ministry of Interior urged everyone to adhere to the instructions governing this year's Hajj season 1447 and to cooperate with the relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of the guests of Allah, noting that violating these regulations will subject offenders to legal penalties.
It called for immediate reporting of violators through the number (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
