طرحت أمانة منطقة نجران، عبر بلدية محافظة حبونا، 22 فرصة استثمارية متنوعة من خلال بوابة الاستثمار البلدي (فرص)، ضمن جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص في التنمية، ودعم المشاريع الاقتصادية والخدمية بالمحافظة.
وتنوعت الفرص الاستثمارية المطروحة بين قطاعات تجارية وسكنية وترفيهية ورياضية وصناعية؛ شملت إنشاء وترميم وتشغيل وصيانة محال تجارية ومجمعات تجارية سكنية على مساحات مختلفة، إلى جانب عدد من المشاريع الخدمية التي تستهدف رفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للسكان وتحفيز النشاط الاقتصادي.
وفي القطاع الاجتماعي والترفيهي، تضمّنت الفرص إنشاء وترميم وتشغيل وصيانة أربع استراحات، وقصر أفراح مخصص للنساء، وملعب لكرة القدم، إضافة إلى نادٍ رياضي، بما يسهم في تعزيز الخيارات الترفيهية والرياضية بالمحافظة.
كما شملت الحزمة الاستثمارية طرح 12 ورشة متخصصة في أعمال الألومنيوم والنجارة والحدادة ضمن القطاع الصناعي، على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 12 ألف متر مربع؛ بهدف دعم الأنشطة الصناعية والحرفية وتوسيع فرص الاستثمار المحلي.
وأوضحت البلدية أن آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات وشراء الكراسات للفرص الخاصة بالمجمع التجاري السكني والاستراحات سيكون في 15 نوفمبر الجاري، فيما حُدد يوم 14 ديسمبر المقبل موعداً نهائياً لبقية الفرص الاستثمارية، داعية المستثمرين ورواد الأعمال إلى الاطلاع على التفاصيل والتقديم عبر تطبيق (فرص) أو الموقع الإلكتروني للبوابة.
The Municipality of Habouna, under the Secretariat of the Najran Region, has launched 22 diverse investment opportunities through the municipal investment portal (Opportunities), as part of its efforts to enhance private sector participation in development and support economic and service projects in the governorate.
The offered investment opportunities varied across commercial, residential, recreational, sports, and industrial sectors; they included the establishment, renovation, operation, and maintenance of retail shops and residential commercial complexes on different areas, in addition to several service projects aimed at improving the quality of services provided to residents and stimulating economic activity.
In the social and recreational sector, the opportunities included the establishment, renovation, operation, and maintenance of four rest areas, a wedding hall designated for women, a football field, in addition to a sports club, contributing to enhancing recreational and sports options in the governorate.
The investment package also included the offering of 12 specialized workshops in aluminum, carpentry, and blacksmithing within the industrial sector, covering a total area of 12,000 square meters; aimed at supporting industrial and craft activities and expanding local investment opportunities.
The municipality clarified that the deadline for submitting bids and purchasing the documents for the residential commercial complex and rest areas will be on November 15 of this month, while December 14 will be the final date for the remaining investment opportunities, inviting investors and entrepreneurs to check the details and apply through the (Opportunities) app or the website of the portal.
