طبّقت أمانة الرياض كاميرات الجسم للمراقبين خلال الزيارات الرقابية على المنشآت، وبدأت التوسع في استخدامها؛ لتعزيز الامتثال للاشتراطات البلدية ورفع مستوى الشفافية، والارتقاء بجودة الرقابة الميدانية.
وجاء التوسع بعد استكمال تجربة إثبات مفهوم امتدت ثلاثة أسابيع، شهدت توثيق أكثر من 600 زيارة رقابية. وتوثّق الكاميرات الزيارات بالصوت والصورة، بما يوفر مرجعاً موثقاً لمجرياتها، ويحفظ حقوق المراقب والمنشأة والعامل والمستهلك، ويتيح مراجعة الإجراءات والتحقق من الملاحظات والاعتراضات عند الحاجة، ويسهم في تعزيز جودة الرصد والمتابعة والإشراف على أعمال الرقابة.
وتأتي المبادرة ضمن جهود الأمانة لتبنّي أفضل الممارسات التقنية ورفع كفاءة الرقابة الميدانية، وتعزيز الامتثال البلدي، والإسهام في إيجاد بيئة أعمال أكثر التزاماً وموثوقية، وتحسين جودة الحياة بمدينة الرياض.
The Riyadh Municipality has implemented body cameras for inspectors during regulatory visits to establishments and has begun to expand their use to enhance compliance with municipal requirements, increase transparency, and improve the quality of field oversight.
This expansion follows the completion of a three-week pilot program that documented over 600 regulatory visits. The cameras record visits with audio and video, providing a documented reference for the proceedings, preserving the rights of the inspector, the establishment, the worker, and the consumer, allowing for the review of procedures and verification of observations and objections when necessary, and contributing to the enhancement of monitoring, follow-up, and supervision of regulatory activities.
The initiative is part of the municipality's efforts to adopt best technical practices, improve the efficiency of field oversight, enhance municipal compliance, contribute to creating a more committed and reliable business environment, and improve the quality of life in the city of Riyadh.
