أكد رئيس المحكمة العليا الشيخ خالد بن عبدالله اللحيدان، أن صدور الأمر الملكي بالموافقة على لائحة شؤون القضاة الوظيفية يجسد عناية القيادة ودعمها للمرفق العدلي، واهتمامها بتطوير القضاء والارتقاء بأداء القضاة، بما يعزز كفاءة العمل القضائي وجودة مخرجاته.
ورفع اللحيدان، الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي، مؤكدًا أن اللائحة تسهم في تنظيم البيئة المهنية للقضاة وشؤونهم الوظيفية، بما يدعم استقرارهم الوظيفي وينعكس إيجابًا على أداء المنظومة العدلية.
وأوضح، أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى بناء منظومة عدلية متطورة، وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، والارتقاء بخدمات مرافق الدولة بما يحقق المصلحة العامة ويخدم المواطنين.
The President of the Supreme Court, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Luhaidan, affirmed that the issuance of the royal decree approving the judges' functional affairs regulation embodies the leadership's care and support for the judicial facility, as well as its interest in developing the judiciary and enhancing the performance of judges, which strengthens the efficiency of judicial work and the quality of its outputs.
Al-Luhaidan expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, on the occasion of the issuance of the royal decree, emphasizing that the regulation contributes to organizing the professional environment for judges and their functional affairs, supporting their job stability and positively reflecting on the performance of the judicial system.
He explained that this step comes as part of efforts aimed at building an advanced judicial system, achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, and enhancing the services of state facilities in a way that serves the public interest and benefits citizens.
