أعلنت وزارة الحج والعمرة، إطلاق «الباقة الشاملة» لحجاج الخارج لموسم حج 1448هـ، وهي باقة تجمع الخدمات الأساسية المقدمة للحاج منذ وصوله إلى السعودية حتى مغادرته، بالتكامل مع الجهات ذات العلاقة كافة؛ بما يرتقي بتجربته ويعزز تكامل الخدمات طوال فترة إقامته.
تبسيط الإجراءات
وأوضحت الوزارة، أن التعاقد على الباقة يُنجز إلكترونيًا عبر منصة «المسار الإلكتروني» بطلب واحد، بما يبسّط الإجراءات وينظّم العلاقة التعاقدية بين مكاتب شؤون الحجاج ووكالات الحج الخارجية وشركات تقديم الخدمة، ويرفع كفاءة التعاقد وشفافيته.
استعدادات مبكرة
وتضم الباقة أربع خدمات رئيسة، هي: خدمات المشاعر المقدسة، ومرافق الضيافة في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، والتنقلات، والإعاشة، مع إتاحة إضافة خدمات إثرائية اختيارية، بما يمكّن مكاتب شؤون الحجاج والوكالات الخارجية من تصميم برامج تلبي تفضيلات مجموعات الحجاج المختلفة ضمن آلية تعاقدية واضحة ومرنة.
وأكدت الوزارة، أن إطلاق «الباقة الشاملة» يأتي ضمن استعداداتها المبكرة لموسم حج 1448هـ، وامتدادًا للعناية التي توليها القيادة الرشيدة بضيوف الرحمن، وتحقيقًا لمستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the launch of the "Comprehensive Package" for foreign pilgrims for the Hajj season of 1448 AH. This package combines the essential services provided to pilgrims from their arrival in Saudi Arabia until their departure, in coordination with all relevant entities; enhancing their experience and integrating services throughout their stay.
Simplifying Procedures
The ministry clarified that contracting for the package is completed electronically through the "Electronic Path" platform with a single request, simplifying procedures and organizing the contractual relationship between the Pilgrims' Affairs Offices, foreign Hajj agencies, and service providers, thereby increasing the efficiency and transparency of the contracts.
Early Preparations
The package includes four main services: services for the holy sites, hospitality facilities in Mecca and Medina, transportation, and meals, with the option to add additional optional services, enabling the Pilgrims' Affairs Offices and foreign agencies to design programs that meet the preferences of different groups of pilgrims within a clear and flexible contractual mechanism.
The ministry confirmed that the launch of the "Comprehensive Package" is part of its early preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, and is a continuation of the care that the wise leadership provides to the guests of الرحمن, and in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guest of الرحمن Service Program.
