أدانت المملكة العربية السعودية، واستنكرت بأشد العبارات استمرار ممارسات مسؤولي سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ومجموعة من المستوطنين المتطرفين بحق المسجد الأقصى المبارك، والاعتداء على حرمته ومكانته الدينية والتاريخية، تحت حماية قوات تابعة لسلطات الاحتلال، مجدّدةً رفضها لهذه الانتهاكات للقانون الدولي وما تمثله من استفزاز لمشاعر المسلمين حول العالم.
وأكدت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان، إدانة المملكة للتصريحات الإسرائيلية بشأن ضم مناطق في جنوب لبنان ومناطق تمتد حتى «الخط الأصفر» في قطاع غزة، ورفضها لأي محاولات توسعية إسرائيلية، مجدّدةً التأكيد على حق الشعب الفلسطيني في إقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود عام 1967م، وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
استنكار الهجوم الإرهابي في باكستان
وفي سياق آخر، أدانت المملكة واستنكرت الهجوم الإرهابي الذي استهدف نقطة تفتيش أمنية في منطقة ديرة إسماعيل خان الباكستانية، وأسفر عن وفاة عدد من الأشخاص.
وجدّدت المملكة رفضها التام لجميع الأعمال الإرهابية والمتطرفة، مؤكدةً وقوفها إلى جانب جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية في جهودها للحفاظ على أمنها واستقرارها، ومعربةً عن صادق تعازيها ومواساتها لأسر المتوفين، ولحكومة باكستان وشعبها.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned and strongly denounced the continued practices of Israeli occupation authorities and a group of extremist settlers against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the assault on its sanctity and religious and historical significance, under the protection of forces affiliated with the occupation authorities. It reiterated its rejection of these violations of international law and what they represent as a provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed, in a statement, the Kingdom's condemnation of the Israeli statements regarding the annexation of areas in southern Lebanon and areas extending to the "Blue Line" in the Gaza Strip, and its rejection of any Israeli expansionist attempts, reaffirming the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on the borders of 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Condemnation of the terrorist attack in Pakistan
In another context, the Kingdom condemned and denounced the terrorist attack that targeted a security checkpoint in the Dera Ismail Khan area of Pakistan, which resulted in the deaths of several individuals.
The Kingdom reiterated its complete rejection of all terrorist and extremist acts, affirming its support for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in its efforts to maintain its security and stability, and expressing its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased, as well as to the Government and people of Pakistan.
