أطلقت وزارة التعليم خدمة إلكترونية جديدة تتمثل في خدمة «البلاغ الرقمي» لجميع المستفيدين من خدماتها.
وبيّنت الوزارة، أنه رغبة منها في أن تمتد جسور التكامل بين الوزارة وهيئة الحكومة الرقمية عبر تجربة ميسّرة من خلال خدمة «بلاغ رقمي»؛ لتعزيز سرعة الاستجابة لشكاوى ومقترحات المستفيدين.
وأشارت إلى أن الخدمة الجديدة تشمل ثلاثة مسارات هي: تقديم شكوى أو الإبلاغ عن خدمة رقمية أو اقتراح تطوير.
أبرز الخدمات
يذكر أن هذه الخدمة تأتي ضمن منظومة كبيرة من الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدّمها الوزارة عبر بوابة التعليم، حيث تقدّم البوابة العديد من الخدمات الإلكترونية الميسّرة دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة المستفيدين إلى الوزارة أو إدارات التعليم في مناطق ومحافظات المملكة أو المدارس على اختلاف أنواعها للبنين والبنات في المراحل الدراسية الثلاث.
ومن أبرز هذه الخدمات: نقل الطلاب والطالبات بين المدارس عن طريق أولياء الأمور، والحصول على المقررات الدراسية الرقمية، وتخصيص هوية رقمية لجميع الطلاب والطالبات، والتسجيل في خدمة النقل المدرسي وخدمات الدروس الإضافية للطلاب والطالبات، ومعرفة مسيرة الطالب والطالبة خلال العام الدراسي من حيث الحضور والغياب والواجبات المنزلية والجداول الدراسية وجداول ومواعيد الاختبارات الفترية ونهاية الفصل ونهاية العام الدراسي.
The Ministry of Education has launched a new electronic service represented by the "Digital Report" service for all beneficiaries of its services.
The ministry indicated that, in its desire to extend the bridges of integration between the ministry and the Digital Government Authority through a facilitated experience via the "Digital Report" service; it aims to enhance the speed of response to beneficiaries' complaints and suggestions.
It noted that the new service includes three pathways: submitting a complaint, reporting a digital service, or suggesting a development.
Highlighted Services
It is worth mentioning that this service is part of a large system of electronic services offered by the ministry through the education portal, where the portal provides many facilitated electronic services without the need for beneficiaries to visit the ministry or education departments in the regions and governorates of the Kingdom or schools of various types for boys and girls in the three educational stages.
Among the most prominent of these services are: transferring students between schools through their guardians, obtaining digital curricula, assigning a digital identity to all students, registering for school transportation services and additional lessons for students, and tracking the student's journey throughout the academic year in terms of attendance, absence, homework, class schedules, and the schedules and dates of periodic and end-of-term exams and the end of the academic year.
