أكد الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية جاسم محمد البديوي، وقوف دول المجلس صفاً واحداً مع المملكة العربية السعودية، ودعمها الكامل لكل ما تتخذه من إجراءات لحماية أمنها وسيادتها وسلامة أراضيها، مديناً بشدة الاعتداءات الحوثية بالصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيّرة التي استهدفت منطقتي الرياض وخميس مشيط.
وشدد على أن التصعيد الحوثي يمثل انتهاكاً لسيادة المملكة وتهديداً مباشراً لأمن وسلامة المدنيين واستقرار المنطقة، داعياً المجتمع الدولي إلى اتخاذ موقف حازم يضع حداً لهذه الاعتداءات المتكررة، ويحمل مرتكبيها مسؤولية أعمالهم.
The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, affirmed that the member states stand united with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and fully support all measures it takes to protect its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, strongly condemning the Houthi attacks with ballistic missiles and drones that targeted the Riyadh and Khamis Mushait regions.
He emphasized that the Houthi escalation represents a violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a direct threat to the safety and security of civilians and the stability of the region, calling on the international community to take a firm stance that puts an end to these repeated attacks and holds the perpetrators accountable for their actions.
