رصدت الفرق الرقابية بوزارة الطاقة 847 مخالفة لنظامي المواد البترولية والبتروكيماوية وتوزيع الغاز الجاف وغاز البترول السائل للأغراض السكنية والتجارية، خلال شهر أغسطس الماضي، عبر 10746 زيارة رقابية.
أبرز المخالفات
وتضمنت أبرز المخالفات المرصودة مزاولة العمليات البترولية أو البتروكيماوية دون الحصول على التراخيص اللازمة من الوزارة، ومزاولة نشاط بيع أسطوانات غاز البترول السائل بالتجزئة دون ترخيص، وعدم الالتزام بالتعريفة المعتمدة للغاز، إلى جانب نقل وبيع المواد البترولية من خلال ناقلين غير مرخصين، واستخدام المواد البترولية في غير الأغراض المخصصة لها، إضافة إلى مخالفات أخرى لأحكام النظامين.
The regulatory teams at the Ministry of Energy have recorded 847 violations of the regulations concerning petroleum and petrochemical materials and the distribution of dry gas and liquid petroleum gas for residential and commercial purposes during the past month of August, through 10,746 regulatory visits.
Most Notable Violations
The most notable violations included conducting petroleum or petrochemical operations without obtaining the necessary licenses from the ministry, engaging in the retail sale of liquid petroleum gas cylinders without a license, failing to adhere to the approved gas tariff, as well as transporting and selling petroleum materials through unlicensed carriers, and using petroleum materials for purposes other than those designated for them, in addition to other violations of the provisions of the two regulations.
