أدانت دولة قطر بأشد العبارات استهداف مليشيا الحوثي لمدينة الرياض عاصمة المملكة العربية السعودية بصاروخ باليستي، ومحاولتها استهداف المدنيين والأعيان المدنية في مدن بيش والطائف وفرسان وينبع. وأكدت وزارة الخارجية القطرية في بيان اليوم أن هذه الاعتداءات تمثل سلوكًا عدوانيًا مشينًا واستهتارًا مرفوضًا بأرواح المدنيين، وانتهاكًا سافرًا لسيادة المملكة وخرقًا واضحًا لقواعد القانون الدولي.
رفض قاطع للاعتداءات
وشددت على رفض دولة قطر القاطع للاعتداءات على الأعيان المدنية والمدنيين، وأكدت ضرورة الوقف الفوري لهذه الأعمال غير المسؤولة. وجددت الوزارة تضامن دولة قطر الكامل مع المملكة العربية السعودية، ووقوفها إلى جانبها في كل ما تتخذه من إجراءات مشروعة للحفاظ على سيادتها وأمنها وسلامة أراضيها ومصالحها، مؤكدة أن أمن المملكة جزء لا يتجزأ من أمن دولة قطر ومنظومة الأمن الجماعي لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية.
Qatar strongly condemned the targeting of the city of Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by the Houthi militia with a ballistic missile, and its attempts to target civilians and civilian objects in the cities of Bisha, Taif, Farasan, and Yanbu. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement today that these attacks represent a disgraceful aggressive behavior and an unacceptable disregard for the lives of civilians, as well as a blatant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a clear breach of international law.
Unequivocal rejection of the attacks
The State of Qatar emphasized its unequivocal rejection of attacks on civilian objects and civilians, and stressed the necessity of an immediate halt to these irresponsible actions. The ministry reiterated Qatar's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all legitimate measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and interests, affirming that the security of the Kingdom is an integral part of the security of the State of Qatar and the collective security system of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
