توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (السبت)، استمرار هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول، مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ومكة المكرمة.
وأشار إلى أن الأمطار ستكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة على أجزاء من منطقتي المدينة المنورة ونجران، فيما لا يُستبعد تكوّن الضباب خلال ساعات الليل والصباح الباكر على الأجزاء الساحلية من مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والشرقية.
رياح تتجاوز 50 كم/ساعة على البحر الأحمر
وعن حالة البحر الأحمر، تكون الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 20-42 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي، وشمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية تتحول بعد الظهيرة إلى غربية وشمالية غربية بسرعة 12-42 كم/ساعة على الجزء الأوسط.
وفي الجزء الجنوبي، تكون الرياح جنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة 10-32 كم/ساعة، وتصل إلى أكثر من 50 كم/ساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة.
ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج من متر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الشمالي، ومن نصف متر إلى متر ونصف على الجزأين الأوسط والجنوبي، ويصل إلى أكثر من مترين مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
وتكون حالة البحر متوسط الموج على الجزء الشمالي، وخفيفاً إلى متوسط الموج على الجزأين الأوسط والجنوبي، ويصل إلى مائج مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة جنوباً.
الخليج العربي خفيف الموج
وفي الخليج العربي، تكون الرياح السطحية جنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة 10-25 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي، وشمالية إلى شمالية شرقية بسرعة 8-25 كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي.
ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج من نصف متر إلى متر، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expects, in its weather report for today (Saturday), the continuation of moderate to heavy thunderstorm rains that will lead to the flow of torrents, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand, over parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah.
It noted that the rains will be light to moderate over parts of the regions of Madinah and Najran, while the formation of fog during the night and early morning hours is not ruled out over the coastal areas of the regions of Makkah, Madinah, and the Eastern Province.
Winds exceeding 50 km/h on the Red Sea
Regarding the condition of the Red Sea, the surface winds will be northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 20-42 km/h in the northern part, and northwesterly to southwesterly, shifting after noon to westerly and northwesterly at a speed of 12-42 km/h in the central part.
In the southern part, the winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-32 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds.
Wave heights will range from one to one and a half meters in the northern part, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the central and southern parts, reaching over two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part.
The sea condition will be moderate in the northern part, and light to moderate in the central and southern parts, becoming choppy with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the south.
Light waves in the Arabian Gulf
In the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-25 km/h in the northern part, and northerly to northeasterly at a speed of 8-25 km/h in the southern part.
Wave heights will range from half a meter to one meter, while the sea condition will be light.
