أعربت دولة الكويت عن إدانتها واستنكارها الشديدين لاستهداف مليشيا الحوثي محافظة الطائف في المملكة بطائرة مسيرة أسفر سقوط شظاياها إثر اعتراضها عن وفاة شخص وإصابة اثنين آخرين ووقوع أضرار مادية، مؤكدة أن هذه الاعتداءات تشكل انتهاكًا صارخًا لسيادة المملكة وخرقًا للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وأكدت وزارة الخارجية الكويتية -وفق ما نشرته وكالة الأنباء الكويتية- في بيان اليوم، تضامن دولة الكويت المطلق مع المملكة ووقوفها إلى جانبها ودعمها لكافة الإجراءات التي تتخذها لصون سيادتها وأمنها واستقرارها وحماية مواطنيها والمقيمين على أراضيها.
Kuwait expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the targeting of the Houthi militia in the Taif region of the Kingdom by a drone, which resulted in the death of one person and the injury of two others, as well as material damage due to falling debris after interception. It emphasized that these attacks constitute a blatant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a breach of international law and international humanitarian law.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs - according to what was published by the Kuwaiti News Agency - confirmed in a statement today Kuwait's full solidarity with the Kingdom and its support for all measures taken to preserve its sovereignty, security, and stability, and to protect its citizens and residents on its territory.
