The Emir of Najran, Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, highlighted the attention and follow-up that the wise leadership - may God support it - gives to the affairs of citizens and the support for the development journey in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom. He renewed, on behalf of the people of the region and in his own name, his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his trustworthy Crown Prince - may God protect them - and the Minister of Interior, for the support and attention the region receives, which has contributed to achieving developmental, security, cultural, and social accomplishments.
This came during his chairing of the first meeting of governors for the fiscal year 2026, in the presence of the Deputy Emir of Najran, Maher bin Saleh Al-Mons, the Secretary of the Regional Council, Saleh bin Mohammed Al-Muraih, the governors, general directors, and heads of centers affiliated with the Emirate, held in the main meeting hall of the Emirate.
The meeting discussed several topics on the agenda, related to the work of the governorates and centers, in addition to various security, developmental, and service aspects, and common topics with related sectors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Emir of Najran directed the importance of enhancing performance efficiency in the governorates and centers, and strengthening their role in supporting the development journey in the region, emphasizing the importance of unifying efforts, improving coordination, and benefiting from the relative advantages of each governorate in supporting development and enhancing the available opportunities within them.
