أكد رئيس الجمعية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان خالد عبدالرحمن الفاخري أن سيادة القانون تمثل أساسًا لحماية كرامة الإنسان، وتعزيز المساواة، وترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار، بما يعزز الثقة بالمؤسسات.
وأوضح الفاخري، بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للقانون، أن الأنظمة والتشريعات توفر إطارًا منظمًا للعلاقة بين أفراد المجتمع ومؤسساته، مشددًا على أهمية رفع مستوى الوعي بالحقوق والواجبات، ونشر الثقافة القانونية؛ بما يمكّن الأفراد من معرفة حقوقهم والوسائل النظامية المتاحة لحمايتها.
رفع كفاءة الأنظمة وتعزيز الشفافية
وأشار إلى أن المملكة شهدت تطورًا متسارعًا في منظومتها التشريعية والعدلية، في إطار مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأنظمة، وتعزيز الشفافية، وترسيخ الاستقرار القانوني.
وشدد الفاخري على أهمية إسهام مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في نشر الوعي القانوني والحقوقي، وتعريف أفراد المجتمع بحقوقهم وواجباتهم، ودعم احترام الأنظمة وتعزيز الالتزام بها.
The President of the National Human Rights Association, Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Fakhri, affirmed that the rule of law represents a foundation for protecting human dignity, promoting equality, and establishing security and stability, which enhances trust in institutions.
Al-Fakhri explained, on the occasion of the International Day of Law, that systems and legislations provide an organized framework for the relationship between individuals in society and its institutions, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness of rights and duties, and spreading legal culture; enabling individuals to know their rights and the legal means available to protect them.
Enhancing the Efficiency of Systems and Promoting Transparency
He pointed out that the Kingdom has witnessed rapid development in its legislative and judicial system, within the framework of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of systems, promoting transparency, and establishing legal stability.
Al-Fakhri stressed the importance of the contribution of civil society institutions in spreading legal and rights awareness, informing individuals in society of their rights and duties, and supporting respect for systems and enhancing compliance with them.
