تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، تستضيف السعودية ممثلةً بالديوان العام للمحاسبة اجتماعات الدورة الـ17 للجمعية العامة للمنظمة الآسيوية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة «الآسوساي»، خلال الفترة من 12 حتى 16 سبتمبر 2027م، وذلك في محافظة جدة بمنطقة مكة المكرمة.
أكبر وأهم حدث آسيوي
وتُعد اجتماعات الجمعية العامة لمنظمة «الآسوساي» أكبر وأهم حدث آسيوي يجمع قادة ورؤساء الأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة في الدول الآسيوية، إذ تجمع 48 رئيس جهاز وأكثر من 200 مُشارك ومُمثّل للمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة بأعمال المراجعة والمحاسبة، وفي مقدمتها المنظمة الدولية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة «الإنتوساي»، التي تنبثق عنها منظمة «الآسوساي».
مسيرة ريادية سعودية
ورفع رئيس الديوان العام للمحاسبة الدكتور حسام بن عبدالمحسن العنقري الشكر والعرفان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، على الرعاية الملكية التي حظيت بها هذه الاستضافة وتجسّد أهمية هذا الحدث في مسيرة ريادة المملكة على جميع الأصعدة إقليمياً ودولياً، وتعكس حرصهما على تعزيز التعاون الدولي المشترك في المجالات كافة.
تأكيد ثقة المجتمع الدولي
وأضاف الدكتور العنقري أن هذه الاستضافة تأتي تأكيداً لثقة المجتمع الدولي في قيادة المملكة، وإيماناً بدورها الريادي في دعم مهنة المراجعة والمحاسبة، حيث ستنطلق من خلالها رئاسة المملكة -ممثلةً بالديوان العام للمحاسبة- للمنظمة الآسيوية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة للفترة (2027 - 2030).
ومن موقعه القيادي، يعمل الديوان العام للمحاسبة لأن تكون الدورة القادمة من الجمعية العامة محطةً فارقة في مسيرة عمل المنظمة منذ تأسيسها في عام 1979م، من خلال رسم واستشراف مستقبل المنظمة، وتقديم كافة الممكنات التي تُسهم في تعزيز التعاون والعمل المشترك بين الأجهزة الأعضاء بها لتحقيق أهدافها، وأهداف الأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة في مختلف الدول الآسيوية.
Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Arabia, represented by the General Court of Audit, will host the 17th session of the General Assembly of the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI) from September 12 to 16, 2027, in the city of Jeddah in the Makkah Region.
The Largest and Most Important Asian Event
The General Assembly meetings of the ASOSAI are considered the largest and most important Asian event that brings together leaders and heads of supreme audit institutions in Asian countries, gathering 48 heads of institutions and more than 200 participants and representatives from relevant international and regional organizations in the fields of auditing and accounting, foremost among them being the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), from which ASOSAI is derived.
A Pioneering Saudi Journey
The President of the General Court of Audit, Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Anqari, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the royal patronage that this hosting has received, which embodies the significance of this event in the Kingdom's leadership journey on all regional and international fronts, reflecting their commitment to enhancing international cooperation in all fields.
Reaffirming International Community Trust
Dr. Al-Anqari added that this hosting reaffirms the international community's trust in the Kingdom's leadership and belief in its pioneering role in supporting the auditing and accounting profession, as it will mark the start of the Kingdom's presidency—represented by the General Court of Audit—of the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions for the period (2027 - 2030).
From its leadership position, the General Court of Audit aims for the upcoming session of the General Assembly to be a pivotal milestone in the organization's journey since its establishment in 1979, by shaping and envisioning the future of the organization and providing all possible means to enhance cooperation and joint work among its member institutions to achieve its goals and the objectives of supreme audit institutions in various Asian countries.
