The health clusters included in the third wave of transformation have begun preparing their employees for the transition to the Holding Health Company through a package of procedures and recommendations related to updating job and personal data, coinciding with the confirmation from "Holding Health" via its official account on the (x) platform that no financial fees will be imposed on resident doctors for training in its facilities.
The clusters urged their employees to review and update their data in the "Resources" system, ensuring that their full name and date of birth match their national ID, updating their national address, completing their academic qualifications, and verifying their job title, specialty, classification, and professional registration for healthcare practitioners.
The recommendations also included ensuring the accuracy of the appointment date, correctly registering the name in English, reviewing basic data and nationality, confirming the linkage with the manager and workplace, and adding the performance evaluation for the year 2025.
Some clusters warned that any discrepancies or deficiencies in the data could lead to delays in issuing the job offer or affect financial entitlements and the relocation portfolio. They emphasized that updating data is a fundamental pillar for safeguarding employment rights and ensuring the accuracy of administrative and financial procedures during the transformation phase.
