أصدر خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود أمراً ملكياً بترقية وتعيين 34 قاضياً بديوان المظالم.
وأوضح رئيس ديوان المظالم رئيس مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور علي الأحيدب أن الأمر الملكي الكريم جاء بترقية قاضٍ إلى درجة (قاضي استئناف)، وترقية 9 قضاة إلى درجة (رئيس محكمة/أ)، كما شمل ترقية قاضٍ إلى درجة (رئيس محكمة/ب)، وترقية 4 قضاة إلى درجة (وكيل محكمة/ب)، وترقية 16 قاضياً إلى درجة (قاضي/أ)، إضافة إلى ترقية قاضيين إلى درجة (قاضي/ج)، كما تضمن الأمر الملكي الكريم تعيين قاضٍ على درجة (قاضي/ب).
وقال الدكتور علي الأحيدب: إن القضاء الإداري يحظى برعاية ودعم خادم الحرمين الشريفين واهتمام ومتابعة ولي العهد، والذي يؤكده هذا الأمر الملكي الكريم بدعم ديوان المظالم، وتحفيز قضاته وكوادره في كل المجالات، ومواصلة مسيرة القضاء الإداري الرائدة.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has issued a royal decree promoting and appointing 34 judges in the Board of Grievances.
The President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali Al-Ahaidib, explained that the royal decree included the promotion of one judge to the rank of (Appeals Judge), the promotion of 9 judges to the rank of (Court President/A), as well as the promotion of one judge to the rank of (Court President/B), the promotion of 4 judges to the rank of (Deputy Court/B), and the promotion of 16 judges to the rank of (Judge/A). Additionally, it included the promotion of two judges to the rank of (Judge/C), and the royal decree also appointed one judge at the rank of (Judge/B).
Dr. Ali Al-Ahaidib stated that the administrative judiciary enjoys the care and support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the interest and follow-up of the Crown Prince, which is confirmed by this royal decree supporting the Board of Grievances and motivating its judges and staff in all areas, continuing the pioneering journey of the administrative judiciary.
