تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ونيابة عن نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، افتتحت جامعة أم القرى؛ ممثلةً في معهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين لأبحاث الحج والعمرة، أعمال الملتقى العلمي السادس والعشرين لأبحاث الحج والعمرة والزيارة، بحضور وكيل إمارة منطقة مكة المكرمة الدكتور محمد البليهد، تحت شعار «التميّز والتكامل في منظومة خدمات الحج والعمرة».
وأكد رئيس جامعة أم القرى الدكتور معدي بن محمد آل مذهب أن الملتقى يعكس الدور الريادي للجامعة في خدمة منظومة الحج والعمرة، مشيرًا إلى أن برنامجه يتضمن خمس جلسات علمية وأكثر من 40 ورشة عمل مهنية وإرشادية، وخمس ورش بحثية، و50 ورقة علمية، و30 مشروعًا ابتكاريًا، بمشاركة 25 متحدثًا وأكثر من 80 جهة.
وشهد الملتقى معرضًا مصاحبًا للمشروعات الابتكارية والأبحاث والملصقات العلمية، فيما اختُتم الحفل بتكريم الرعاة والفرق الفائزة في تحدي «حجاثون ٤»، الهادف إلى تطوير حلول مبتكرة ومستدامة لخدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين.

وناقشت الجلسة العلمية الرئيسة «التكامل الاستراتيجي بين الجهات في منظومة الحج والعمرة» الانتقال من إدارة الأزمات إلى النمذجة الرقمية والاستباقية، وتطوير الخدمات بما يُعزِّز سكينة وطمأنينة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأوضح نائب وزير الحج والعمرة الدكتور عبدالفتاح مشاط أن قياس تجربة الحاج يتجه من مستوى الرضا إلى قياس السكينة والطمأنينة الروحية، مشيرًا إلى بلوغ رضا ضيوف الرحمن 91% في موسم 1447هـ.
واستعرض مساعد وزير الصحة للخدمات الصحية الدكتور محمد العبدالعالي جهود الرعاية الصحية؛ ومنها ربط البيانات الصحية للحاج ببطاقته الذكية عبر (نسك)، وتوظيف الرعاية الافتراضية والإنقاذ التنبؤي، ومراقبة الحالات عالية الخطورة، وإجراء أكثر من 100 محاكاة ميدانية مشتركة سنويًا.
وأكد قائد القوات الخاصة لأمن الحج والعمرة اللواء الدكتور فواز المتيهي أهمية التخطيط الموحد لمسار الحاج وإدارة التدفقات البشرية بالحلول الرقمية والخطط الأمنية المرنة، فيما استعرض الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي المهندس غازي الشهراني مشروع الإطعام الموحد الذي وفر 34 مليون وجبة في 1447هـ، مستهدفًا 52 مليون وجبة في 1448هـ، إلى جانب الخدمات الذكية لحفظ الأمتعة ورعاية الأطفال.
من جهته، استعرض الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة كدانة للتنمية والتطوير المهندس محمد المجماج مشروعات تطوير المشاعر المقدسة؛ التي تشمل تحسين الخدمات والمرافق والمظلات ورذاذ المياه، وتطوير الخيام والمطابخ في منى.
Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and on behalf of the Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the King Abdulaziz Research Institute for Hajj and Umrah, inaugurated the 26th Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Research, in the presence of the Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Dr. Mohammed Al-Blehed, under the slogan "Excellence and Integration in the Hajj and Umrah Services System".
Umm Al-Qura University President Dr. Maadi bin Mohammed Al-Mudhhib confirmed that the forum reflects the university's pioneering role in serving the Hajj and Umrah system, noting that its program includes five scientific sessions, more than 40 professional and guidance workshops, five research workshops, 50 scientific papers, and 30 innovative projects, with the participation of 25 speakers and more than 80 entities.
The forum featured an accompanying exhibition for innovative projects, research, and scientific posters, while the event concluded with the honoring of sponsors and the winning teams in the "Hajathon 4" challenge, aimed at developing innovative and sustainable solutions to serve pilgrims and Umrah performers.

The main scientific session discussed "Strategic Integration Among Entities in the Hajj and Umrah System," focusing on the transition from crisis management to digital and proactive modeling, and developing services that enhance the tranquility and reassurance of the guests of Allah.
Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Abdul Fattah Mashat explained that measuring the pilgrim's experience is shifting from satisfaction levels to measuring spiritual tranquility and reassurance, noting that the satisfaction of the guests of Allah reached 91% in the 1447 AH season.
Assistant Minister of Health for Health Services Dr. Mohammed Al-Abd Al-Aali reviewed healthcare efforts, including linking the pilgrim's health data to their smart card via (Nusk), employing virtual care and predictive rescue, monitoring high-risk cases, and conducting more than 100 joint field simulations annually.
Commander of the Special Forces for Hajj and Umrah Security, Major General Dr. Fawaz Al-Mutaihi, emphasized the importance of unified planning for the pilgrim's path and managing human flows with digital solutions and flexible security plans, while the CEO of the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Engineer Ghazi Al-Shahrani, presented the unified catering project that provided 34 million meals in 1447 AH, targeting 52 million meals in 1448 AH, in addition to smart services for luggage storage and child care.
For his part, the CEO of Kadanah Development and Investment Company, Engineer Mohammed Al-Majmaj, reviewed the projects for developing the holy sites, which include improving services, facilities, canopies, and misting systems, as well as developing tents and kitchens in Mina.
