رأس مفتي عام المملكة رئيس هيئة كبار العلماء الرئيس العام للبحوث العلمية والإفتاء الشيخ الدكتور صالح بن فوزان الفوزان، اليوم، اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة للفتوى، بمقر الرئاسة العامة للبحوث العلمية والإفتاء في الرياض.
بيان الأحكام الشرعية
وجرى خلال الاجتماع بحث عدد من المسائل والقضايا الشرعية المحالة إلى اللجنة، ودراسة الأسئلة والاستفتاءات الواردة إليها، وفق اختصاصاتها ومهامها في مجال الإفتاء.
وتواصل اللجنة أعمالها في دراسة المسائل الشرعية وإصدار الفتاوى، بما يسهم في بيان الأحكام الشرعية والإجابة عن استفسارات المستفتين في مختلف القضايا.
The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, and General President of Scientific Research and Ifta, Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan, today chaired the meeting of the Permanent Committee for Ifta at the headquarters of the General Presidency for Scientific Research and Ifta in Riyadh.
Statement of Legal Rulings
During the meeting, a number of legal issues and cases referred to the committee were discussed, and the questions and inquiries received by it were studied, in accordance with its competencies and tasks in the field of Ifta.
The committee continues its work in studying legal issues and issuing fatwas, contributing to clarifying legal rulings and responding to inquiries from the public on various matters.
