نفّذت أمانة منطقة عسير 536 زيارة تفتيشية على المباني والمنشآت؛ للتحقق من الالتزام بتطبيق متطلبات كود البناء السعودي، ورصد المخالفات ومعالجتها، بما يُسهم في تعزيز جودة البناء ورفع مستوى السلامة.
وأسفرت الجولات الرقابية عن رصد 338 مخالفة، شملت 236 مخالفة منها على المكاتب الهندسية المشرفة، و65 مخالفة على ملاك المباني، و33 مخالفة على المقاولين، إضافة إلى 4 مخالفات على المكاتب الهندسية المصممة.
وتنوّعت أبرز المخالفات المرصودة بين عدم وجود مكتب هندسي مشرف، وعدم وجود مقاول مصنّف ومعتمد، ورفع تقارير إشراف غير مطابقة للواقع، وعدم التقيد بالمخططات المعتمدة للرخصة، وعدم التقيد بواجهات العمارة السعودية المعتمدة للرخصة، إلى جانب عدم الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة العامة الواردة في كود البناء السعودي، وعدم الالتزام برفع تقارير ومراحل بناء المشروع في أوقاتها المقررة.
وأكدت أمانة منطقة عسير استمرار جولاتها الرقابية على المباني والمنشآت للتأكد من تطبيق متطلبات كود البناء وأنظمة البناء، والاشتراطات المعتمدة.
The Asir Region Municipality conducted 536 inspection visits to buildings and facilities to verify compliance with the requirements of the Saudi Building Code, monitor violations, and address them, contributing to enhancing construction quality and improving safety standards.
The inspection rounds resulted in the identification of 338 violations, including 236 violations related to supervising engineering offices, 65 violations concerning building owners, and 33 violations against contractors, in addition to 4 violations against designing engineering offices.
The most notable violations observed varied between the absence of a supervising engineering office, the lack of a classified and accredited contractor, submitting supervision reports that do not match reality, non-compliance with the approved plans for the license, non-compliance with the approved Saudi architectural facades for the license, as well as failure to adhere to the public safety requirements outlined in the Saudi Building Code, and not submitting reports and construction phases of the project on their scheduled times.
The Asir Region Municipality confirmed the continuation of its inspection rounds on buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with the requirements of the building code and construction regulations, as well as the approved conditions.
