بدأت إدارات التعليم في مناطق ومحافظات المملكة، الأربعاء الماضي، استقبال طلبات التسجيل في خدمة النقل المدرسي لطلاب وطالبات التعليم العام في مدارس البنين والبنات بالمراحل الدراسية الثلاث، للعام الدراسي الجديد 1448هـ، عبر نظام «نور» الإلكتروني.
وأعفت وزارة التعليم أبناء أسر الضمان الاجتماعي والطلاب والطالبات من ذوي الإعاقة من الرسوم المالية المخصصة لأجور النقل، والبالغة 200 ريال سنويًا.
وشددت الوزارة على أهمية التزام الطلبة بقواعد السلامة والسلوك داخل الحافلات، ومنها الانتظار في الأماكن المخصصة، والصعود والنزول بطريقة منظمة، والجلوس في المقاعد المحددة وربط حزام الأمان، واتباع تعليمات السائق، وعدم إخراج الرأس أو اليدين أو أي جزء من الجسم من النوافذ أو الأبواب، أو إحضار الأدوات الخطرة.
وأكدت ضرورة المحافظة على نظافة الحافلة ومرافقها وممتلكات الآخرين، وإبلاغ السائق فورًا عند استخدام الحافلة الخطأ أو تجاوز نقطة الوقوف، والتأكد من توقف الحافلة تمامًا قبل النزول، وعدم عبور الطريق أمامها، والانتظار حتى تبتعد والتأكد من خلو الطريق قبل العبور، وفي حالات الطوارئ والحوادث، يتعين على الطلبة اتباع تعليمات السائق واستخدام مخارج الطوارئ وإخلاء الحافلة بهدوء وتنظيم.
كما أكدت الوزارة التزام أولياء الأمور بعدم صعود الحافلات، وتقديم الشكاوى إلى مشرف النقل بالمدرسة أو عبر الهاتف المجاني لشركة تطوير النقل التعليمي، وعدم التدخل في مسارات الحافلات التي تحددها الشركة.
وأوضحت أن مخالفة قواعد السلوك قد يترتب عليها حرمان الطالب أو الطالبة من خدمة النقل المدرسي مؤقتًا، أو الحرمان منها طوال العام الدراسي الذي وقعت فيه المخالفة، دون استرداد رسوم التسجيل.
The education departments in the regions and governorates of the Kingdom began receiving applications for school transport services for male and female students in public education at boys' and girls' schools across the three educational stages for the new academic year 1448 AH, through the electronic "Noor" system last Wednesday.
The Ministry of Education exempted the children of social security families and students with disabilities from the financial fees designated for transport costs, which amount to 200 riyals annually.
The ministry emphasized the importance of students adhering to safety and behavior rules inside the buses, including waiting in designated areas, boarding and alighting in an orderly manner, sitting in assigned seats and fastening seat belts, following the driver's instructions, and not sticking their heads, hands, or any part of their bodies out of the windows or doors, or bringing hazardous materials.
It stressed the necessity of maintaining the cleanliness of the bus and its facilities and the belongings of others, notifying the driver immediately if the wrong bus is used or if a stop is missed, ensuring the bus has come to a complete stop before disembarking, not crossing the road in front of it, waiting until it has moved away, and ensuring the road is clear before crossing. In cases of emergencies and accidents, students must follow the driver's instructions and use emergency exits to evacuate the bus calmly and orderly.
The ministry also confirmed the commitment of parents not to board the buses and to submit complaints to the school transport supervisor or via the toll-free number for the Educational Transport Development Company, and not to interfere with the bus routes designated by the company.
It clarified that violating the behavior rules may result in temporarily depriving the student of school transport services or being deprived of them for the entire academic year in which the violation occurred, without refunding the registration fees.
