واصلت المملكة العربية السعودية عبر مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية تنفيذ برامجها الإغاثية في أفغانستان، حيث وزّع المركز 60 سلة غذائية على المتضررين من الفيضانات في مدينة ميدان شهر بمركز ولاية ميدان وردك، استفاد منها 420 فردًا يشكّلون 60 أسرة.
متضرروا الفيضانات
ويأتي هذا التوزيع ضمن مشروع الأمن الغذائي والطوارئ المخصّص لمتضرري الفيضانات في المناطق الوسطى والشرقية والجنوبية الشرقية في أفغانستان لعام 2026، بهدف دعم الأسر المتضررة وتخفيف آثار الكارثة الطبيعية التي شهدتها تلك المناطق.
ويمثّل هذا العمل امتدادًا للجهود الإنسانية التي تقدّمها المملكة عبر ذراعها الإنساني مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة، تأكيدًا لوقوفها إلى جانب الشعب الأفغاني الشقيق في مختلف الظروف، وسعيها المستمر لتقديم الدعم الإغاثي العاجل للمناطق الأكثر احتياجًا.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, continued to implement its relief programs in Afghanistan, where the center distributed 60 food baskets to those affected by the floods in the city of Maidan Shar in the Maidan Wardak province, benefiting 420 individuals who make up 60 families.
Flood Victims
This distribution is part of the food security and emergency project designated for flood victims in the central, eastern, and southeastern regions of Afghanistan for the year 2026, aimed at supporting affected families and alleviating the impacts of the natural disaster that occurred in those areas.
This effort represents an extension of the humanitarian initiatives provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, affirming its solidarity with the Afghan people in various circumstances and its ongoing efforts to provide urgent relief support to the most needy areas.
