توقع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس، اليوم (السبت)، أن تظل الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة بزخات من البرد على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة، وقد تمتد إلى الأجزاء الجنوبية من مرتفعات منطقة مكة المكرمة. ويستمر تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق وأجزاء من مناطق تبوك والمدينة المنورة والرياض ونجران، مما قد يؤدي إلى انعدام أو شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على الأجزاء الشمالية من المنطقة الشرقية وكذلك على طريق الساحل الواصل إلى جازان.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر ستكون شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 20 - 40 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى مترين، وحالة البحر ستكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج.
وفي الخليج العربي، ستكون الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 16 - 34 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، وحالة البحر ستكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology, in its weather report for today (Saturday), expects the possibility of thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers in parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, which may extend to the southern parts of the highlands of the Makkah region. The impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand will continue in parts of those regions and parts of the Tabuk, Medina, Riyadh, and Najran regions, which may lead to a complete or near-complete lack of horizontal visibility in the northern parts of the Eastern Province as well as on the coastal road leading to Jazan.
The report indicated that the surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 20 - 40 km/h, with wave heights ranging from one to two meters, and the sea condition will be light to moderate.
In the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 16 - 34 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, and the sea condition will be light to moderate.
