وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية، وبحث أوجه الشراكة الراسخة والممتدة بين المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والتأكيد على أهمية مواصلة التنسيق والتعاون الوثيق في مختلف الأولويات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
