برعاية أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، استضافت جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل، ممثلة بوكالة الجامعة للبحث العلمي والابتكار، ملتقى «انطلاقة» الذي نظمته جمعية تنمية وتأهيل الفتيات «أفق»، بحضور عدد من ممثلي الجهات الحكومية والخاصة، ونخبة من الخبراء والمختصين والمهتمين بمجالات التنمية والابتكار وريادة الأعمال.
وتأتي استضافة الجامعة للملتقى امتداداً لدورها في تعزيز التعاون مع مؤسسات القطاع غير الربحي، وبناء الشراكات الإستراتيجية التي تسهم في دعم المبادرات التنموية، وتنمية القدرات الوطنية، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ويجسد التعاون بين الجامعة وجمعية «أفق» نموذجاً للتكامل بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية ومنظمات القطاع الثالث، من خلال توحيد الجهود في تنفيذ المبادرات النوعية، وتوفير بيئات معرفية محفزة تسهم في تنمية المهارات الشخصية والمهنية والريادية، وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والمبادرة.
ويهدف ملتقى «انطلاقة» إلى تمكين الفتيات وتعزيز جاهزيتهن للمستقبل المهني، من خلال تنمية المهارات الشخصية والمهنية والريادية، واستشراف الفرص الواعدة، وبناء كفاءات وطنية قادرة على الإبداع والابتكار.
وشهد الملتقى على مدى يومين برنامجاً ثرياً من الجلسات الحوارية وورش العمل، إذ تضمن اليوم الأول جلسات في الإرشاد المهني، والريادة والابتكار للأفراد، والريادة والابتكار للجهات، إضافة إلى جلسات التطوع، بمشاركة نخبة من المختصين والخبراء وممثلي الجهات الحكومية والخاصة ورواد الأعمال.
فيما اشتمل اليوم الثاني على جلسات تناولت الإرشاد المهني، والريادة والابتكار، والتخطيط المهني والريادي الذكي، والاستدامة والمتابعة وقياس الأثر، إلى جانب التطوع والاستدامة، وقدمها عدد من الأكاديميين والمتخصصين من جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل، إلى جانب خبراء وممارسين من الجهات المشاركة، بهدف نقل الخبرات وتعزيز المهارات المهنية والريادية للمشاركات.
وأدار الجلسات موسى اليحيى وسلطان الشمري، إذ أسهما في تيسير الحوار وإثراء النقاشات بين المتحدثين والمشاركات، بما عزز تبادل الخبرات والمعارف وأسهم في تحقيق أهداف الملتقى.
Under the patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University hosted the "Launch" forum, organized by the Girls Development and Rehabilitation Association "Ufuq," with the attendance of several representatives from government and private sectors, as well as a selection of experts and specialists interested in the fields of development, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
The university's hosting of the forum extends its role in enhancing cooperation with non-profit sector institutions and building strategic partnerships that contribute to supporting developmental initiatives and developing national capacities, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The collaboration between the university and the "Ufuq" Association exemplifies a model of integration between academic institutions and third sector organizations, through unifying efforts in implementing quality initiatives and providing stimulating knowledge environments that contribute to the development of personal, professional, and entrepreneurial skills, as well as enhancing the culture of innovation and initiative.
The "Launch" forum aims to empower girls and enhance their readiness for the professional future by developing personal, professional, and entrepreneurial skills, anticipating promising opportunities, and building national competencies capable of creativity and innovation.
The forum featured a rich program over two days, including dialogue sessions and workshops. The first day included sessions on career guidance, individual entrepreneurship and innovation, organizational entrepreneurship and innovation, in addition to volunteering sessions, with the participation of a selection of specialists, experts, and representatives from government and private sectors, as well as entrepreneurs.
The second day included sessions addressing career guidance, entrepreneurship and innovation, smart career and entrepreneurial planning, sustainability, follow-up, and impact measurement, alongside volunteering and sustainability, presented by several academics and specialists from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, as well as experts and practitioners from the participating entities, aimed at transferring experiences and enhancing professional and entrepreneurial skills for the participants.
The sessions were moderated by Mousa Al-Yahya and Sultan Al-Shammari, who contributed to facilitating the dialogue and enriching discussions between the speakers and participants, thereby enhancing the exchange of experiences and knowledge and contributing to achieving the forum's objectives.
