استقبلت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، أمس، الدفعة الأولى من ضيوف برنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين للحج والعمرة والزيارة، والبالغ عددهم 250 معتمرًا ومعتمرة، لدى وصولهم إلى المدينة المنورة قادمين من 16 دولة آسيوية.
وكان في استقبال الضيوف الأمين العام المكلف للبرنامج علي بن عبدالله الزغيبي، إلى جانب عدد من مسؤولي البرنامج، حيث أُنجزت إجراءات استقبالهم ونُقلوا إلى مقار إقامتهم في فنادق مجاورة للمسجد النبوي، ضمن منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات والتنظيم لضمان راحتهم منذ لحظة وصولهم.
وأعرب الضيوف عن شكرهم وتقديرهم لخادم الحرمين الشريفين ولولي العهد على هذه الاستضافة، التي مكنتهم من أداء مناسك العمرة وزيارة المسجد النبوي، مشيدين بما تبذله المملكة من جهود في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين ورعاية ضيوف الرحمن.
كما أشادوا بالدور الذي تؤديه وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية في تنفيذ البرنامج، مؤكدين أن المبادرة تعكس اهتمام المملكة بالمسلمين حول العالم، وتسهم في تعزيز الأخوة الإسلامية وترسيخ قيم الوسطية والاعتدال والتسامح.
وأكدت الوزارة أن اللجان المنظمة أعدّت برنامجًا ثقافيًا ودعويًا متكاملًا يتضمن لقاءات وجولات وزيارات متنوعة، بما يثري التجربة الإيمانية والثقافية للضيوف خلال فترة إقامتهم.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance welcomed yesterday the first batch of guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visits, totaling 250 male and female pilgrims, upon their arrival in Medina from 16 Asian countries.
The guests were received by the acting Secretary-General of the program, Ali bin Abdullah Al-Zughaybi, along with several program officials, where their reception procedures were completed, and they were transported to their accommodation in hotels near the Prophet's Mosque, as part of a comprehensive system of services and organization to ensure their comfort from the moment they arrived.
The guests expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for this hosting, which enabled them to perform Umrah rituals and visit the Prophet's Mosque, praising the efforts made by the Kingdom in serving Islam and Muslims and caring for the guests of Allah.
They also commended the role played by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in implementing the program, affirming that the initiative reflects the Kingdom's concern for Muslims around the world and contributes to enhancing Islamic brotherhood and reinforcing the values of moderation, tolerance, and coexistence.
The ministry confirmed that the organizing committees have prepared a comprehensive cultural and advocacy program that includes meetings, tours, and various visits, enriching the spiritual and cultural experience of the guests during their stay.
