أسفرت الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي تمت في مناطق المملكة كافة، وذلك للفترة من 25 / 6 إلى 1 / 7 / 2026م، عن ضبط 15,591 مخالفاً، منهم 7,759 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و4,488 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، و3,344 مخالفاً لنظام العمل، وبلغ إجمالي من تم ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة 1,629 شخصاً، 46% منهم يمنيو الجنسية، و53% إثيوبيو الجنسية، وجنسيات أخرى 1%. كما تم ضبط 58 شخصاً لمحاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية، كما تم ضبط 17 متورطاً في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم.
وبلغ إجمالي من يتم إخضاعهم حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 27,445 وافداً مخالفاً، منهم 25,412 رجلاً، و2,033 امرأة.
وأحيل 16,912 مخالفاً لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، و4,174 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وترحيل 12,292 مخالفاً.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية، أن كل من يسهل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال، يعرّض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به، وأوضحت، أن هذه الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.
The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which took place in all regions of the Kingdom from 25/6 to 1/7/2026, resulted in the apprehension of 15,591 violators, including 7,759 violators of the residency system, 4,488 violators of border security regulations, and 3,344 violators of labor laws. The total number of individuals apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom was 1,629, of whom 46% were of Yemeni nationality, 53% were of Ethiopian nationality, and 1% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 58 individuals were apprehended for attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom illegally, and 17 individuals were arrested for involvement in transporting, sheltering, and employing violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations and for concealing them.
Currently, a total of 27,445 violators are undergoing enforcement procedures, including 25,412 men and 2,033 women.
Furthermore, 16,912 violators have been referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, 4,174 violators to complete their travel bookings, and 12,292 violators are being deported.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of border security regulations into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form, exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and housing used for shelter, in addition to publicizing their actions. It clarified that this crime is considered a major offense warranting detention and is detrimental to honor and trust.
