ترأس رئيس مجلس الشورى رئيس الاتحاد البرلماني العربي الشيخ الدكتور عبدالله بن محمد بن إبراهيم آل الشيخ الاجتماع التنسيقي لرؤساء المجالس والبرلمانات التشريعية العربية، الذي عُقد في العاصمة المصرية القاهرة، وذلك على هامش أعمال المؤتمر الثامن للبرلمان العربي ورؤساء المجالس والبرلمانات العربية، الذي ينظمه البرلمان العربي بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الاتحاد البرلماني العربي.
وجرى خلال الاجتماع استعراض الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعمال المؤتمر، وبحث سُبل تنسيق المواقف والرؤى تجاه القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما يعزز العمل البرلماني العربي المشترك، ويوحد الجهود ويُسهم في دعم المصالح العربية المشتركة.
The Chairman of the Shura Council and the President of the Arab Parliamentary Union, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh, chaired the coordinating meeting of the heads of Arab legislative councils and parliaments, which was held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on the sidelines of the eighth conference of the Arab Parliament and the heads of Arab councils and parliaments, organized by the Arab Parliament in cooperation and coordination with the Arab Parliamentary Union.
During the meeting, the topics on the conference agenda were reviewed, and ways to coordinate positions and visions on issues of common interest were discussed, in a manner that enhances joint Arab parliamentary work, unifies efforts, and contributes to supporting common Arab interests.
