أكد وكيل محافظة عدن لقطاع المشاريع المهندس غسان الزامكي أن العاصمة اليمنية المؤقتة عدن تشهد حراكاً تنموياً واسعاً بفضل الدعم السخي والمستمر من السعودية، مشيراً إلى أن المملكة لم تكتفِ بدورها الريادي في استعادة الدولة وتحرير المحافظات، بل امتدت أياديها البيضاء لتصبح شريكاً إستراتيجياً في تطوير البنية التحتية وتحسين مستوى الخدمات.
المملكة.. بصمة تنموية في كل زاوية
وثمّن الزامكي في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، الدور المحوري للبرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، واصفاً إياه بـ«المحرك الأساسي» لقطار المشاريع في عدن وداعم رئيسي لمسارات التنمية الحضرية والخدمية.

وأضاف: «لقد كان البرنامج السعودي سبّاقاً وحاضراً في القطاعات الحيوية كافة، بدءاً من شبكة الطرقات الإستراتيجية في مديريات خور مكسر والمنصورة وخط (كالتكس-الحسوة)، وصولاً إلى قطاع التعليم الذي حظي ببناء وتأهيل مدارس نموذجية، ناهيك عن المبادرات الإنسانية النوعية كدعم الأسر المنتجة، وإنشاء مركز خاص لذوي الإعاقة، وهي مشاريع تعكس عمق الرؤية السعودية في ملامسة حاجات المواطن اليمني».
استقرار الطاقة والمشاريع الإستراتيجية
وعن قطاع الكهرباء، أكد وكيل محافظة عدن أن الدعم السعودي لهذا القطاع الحيوي لم يكن وليد اللحظة بل هو امتداد لمراحل طويلة من المساندة السخية، تضمنت توفير كميات ضخمة من المشتقات النفطية عبر الشحنات البحرية المباشرة ودعم محطة «بترومسيلة» بمبالغ طائلة لتغذية محطات الكهرباء في المحافظات بالوقود.
وأعلن وصول دفعة من منحة الدعم الكبيرة المخصصة لقطاع الكهرباء في عدن بقدرة 100 ميغاوات، على أن تصل بقية الأجزاء خلال الأيام القادمة جذرياً لحل أزمة الطاقة، فضلاً عن الدعم المستمر الموجه لدعم الموازنة العامة للدولة.
وكشف الزامكي عن مشروع نوعي ينتظره أبناء عدن بفارغ الصبر، وهو «مشروع الطريق البحري»، مؤكداً أن الترتيبات مع البرنامج السعودي في مراحلها النهائية، إذ يجري حالياً توقيع العقود مع الشركة المنفذة تمهيداً لبدء الأعمال الميدانية الشهر القادم، وسيحدث نقلة نوعية في البنية المرورية للعاصمة.
وأضاف: «كما نمضي بخطى متسارعة بدعم البرنامج السعودي في تأهيل مطار عدن الدولي، إذ أُنجزت المرحلة الأولى (التكس واي)، ونحن اليوم بصدد استكمال المرحلة الثانية (الرن واي) ليضاهي المطارات الدولية».
مصير واحد وحوار عادل
وعن دلالات الدور السعودي، أكد وكيل محافظة عدن أن «السعودية واليمن عينان في راس»، والعلاقة بين البلدين تتجاوز حدود الجوار.
وأضاف: «توج التحالف بقيادة السعودية هذا التضامن بملاحم بطولية، إذ اختلطت دماء جنود المملكة بدماء أبطالنا في عدن وباقي المحافظات المحررة، لنشهد اليوم تلازماً بين التضحية في الميدان والبناء في مسارات التنمية، استمراراً لنهج مملكة الحزم والعزم».
وحول جهود المملكة في لملمة الصف والحوار الجنوبي، قال: «عودتنا مملكة الحزم والعزم أنها المظلة الجامعة لكل الأطراف اليمنية، وهي الراعية للحوار كخيار إستراتيجي لحل التباينات كافة».
وأشاد الزامكي بمواقف القيادة السعودية الرشيدة تجاه القضية الجنوبية، لافتاً إلى أن القيادة السعودية أولت هذه القضية أهمية بالغة بوصفها قضية عادلة ومهمة، ودعت الأطراف الجنوبية كافة للحضور والمشاركة في مؤتمر الحوار المقرر استضافته في الرياض لإيجاد حل عادل وشامل للتباينات كافة، وتوحيد الجهود لاستكمال تطهير اليمن من براثن مليشيا الحوثي وأذرعها الإرهابية.

واختتم وكيل محافظة عدن تصريحه بنقل تحايا وزير الدولة محافظ العاصمة عدن، والسلطة المحلية، والمكاتب التنفيذية كافة، لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، معرباً عن تقدير اليمنيين قيادة وشعباً لهذا الدعم اللامحدود الذي يعيد لعدن بريقها ومكانتها التنموية.
The Deputy Governor of Aden for the Projects Sector, Engineer Ghassan Al-Zamki, confirmed that the temporary Yemeni capital, Aden, is witnessing extensive developmental activity thanks to the generous and continuous support from Saudi Arabia. He pointed out that the Kingdom has not only played a leading role in restoring the state and liberating the provinces but has also extended its benevolent hands to become a strategic partner in developing infrastructure and improving the level of services.
The Kingdom... a Developmental Mark in Every Corner
Al-Zamki praised, in a special statement to "Okaz," the pivotal role of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, describing it as the "main engine" for the project train in Aden and a primary supporter of urban and service development paths.

He added, "The Saudi program has been proactive and present in all vital sectors, starting from the strategic road networks in the districts of Khormaksar and Al-Mansoura and the (Kaltax-Al-Hasswa) line, to the education sector, which has benefited from the construction and rehabilitation of model schools, not to mention the qualitative humanitarian initiatives such as supporting productive families and establishing a special center for people with disabilities, projects that reflect the depth of the Saudi vision in addressing the needs of the Yemeni citizen."
Stability of Energy and Strategic Projects
Regarding the electricity sector, the Deputy Governor of Aden confirmed that the Saudi support for this vital sector was not a momentary act but an extension of long stages of generous assistance, which included providing large quantities of oil derivatives through direct maritime shipments and supporting the "Petromasila" station with substantial amounts to fuel electricity stations in the provinces.
He announced the arrival of a batch of the large support grant allocated for the electricity sector in Aden with a capacity of 100 megawatts, with the rest of the components expected to arrive in the coming days to fundamentally resolve the energy crisis, in addition to the ongoing support directed towards bolstering the state’s general budget.
Al-Zamki revealed a qualitative project that the people of Aden are eagerly awaiting, which is the "Maritime Road Project," confirming that arrangements with the Saudi program are in their final stages, as contracts are currently being signed with the executing company in preparation for the commencement of fieldwork next month, which will bring about a qualitative shift in the traffic infrastructure of the capital.
He added, "We are also making rapid strides with the support of the Saudi program in rehabilitating Aden International Airport, as the first phase (Taxiway) has been completed, and we are now in the process of completing the second phase (Runway) to match international airports."
One Destiny and Fair Dialogue
Regarding the implications of the Saudi role, the Deputy Governor of Aden confirmed that "Saudi Arabia and Yemen are two eyes in one head," and the relationship between the two countries transcends the boundaries of neighborhood.
He added, "The coalition led by Saudi Arabia has crowned this solidarity with heroic epics, as the blood of the Kingdom's soldiers has mixed with the blood of our heroes in Aden and the other liberated provinces, and today we witness a correlation between sacrifice in the field and construction in the paths of development, continuing the approach of the Kingdom of Determination and Resolve."
Regarding the Kingdom's efforts to unify ranks and facilitate southern dialogue, he said, "The Kingdom of Determination and Resolve has accustomed us to being the umbrella that gathers all Yemeni parties, and it is the sponsor of dialogue as a strategic option to resolve all differences."
Al-Zamki praised the wise positions of the Saudi leadership regarding the southern issue, noting that the Saudi leadership has given this issue great importance as it is a just and significant cause, calling on all southern parties to attend and participate in the dialogue conference scheduled to be hosted in Riyadh to find a fair and comprehensive solution to all differences and to unify efforts to complete the cleansing of Yemen from the clutches of the Houthi militia and its terrorist arms.

Al-Zamki concluded his statement by conveying the greetings of the Minister of State, Governor of Aden, and all local authorities and executive offices to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, expressing the appreciation of the Yemenis, both leadership and people, for this unlimited support that restores Aden's brilliance and developmental status.
