حقق المدرب الإيطالي إنزو ماريسكا بداية كارثية مع مانشستر سيتي، بالخسارة أمام أرسنال بثلاثة أهداف دون رد في كأس الدرع الخيرية 2026، اليوم (الأحد).
وتولى ماريسكا قيادة السيتي خلفاً للإسباني بيب غوارديولا، الذي غادر عقب نهاية موسم 2025-2026 بعد مسيرة أسطورية، لكن انطلاقة المدرب الإيطالي مع «السماوي» جاءت مخيبة للآمال.

وبحسب شبكة «أوبتا» المتخصصة في إحصاءات كرة القدم، فقد مُني إنزو ماريسكا بأثقل هزيمة لمدرب مانشستر سيتي في مباراته الأولى، منذ هاري نيوبولد عام 1906، عندما خسر أمام أرسنال بنتيجة 1-4.
ماريسكا يُفسر سبب السقوط المدوي
وقال ماريسكا عقب نهاية المباراة: «نحن الفريق الذي يضم أكبر عدد من اللاعبين المشاركين في كأس العالم، بدأ بعض اللاعبين التدريب قبل يومين أو ثلاثة أيام فقط، لذلك كان من المهم بالنسبة لهم الحصول على دقائق لعب والاستعداد للدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز».
وأضاف: «سنقوم بتحليل المباراة والأخطاء التي ارتكبناها، وسنحاول تحسين ذلك، ثم ابتداءً من الثلاثاء، سنركز على مباراة بورنموث، الآن سنبدأ خطة عادية بأسبوع عادي، ثم بعد أسبوعين ستتغير الخطة كل ثلاثة أيام».
