نجح الفريق الطبي في مستشفى دله الأحساء من إجراء عملية جراحية دقيقة ومعقدة لأربعيني تعرض لإصابات متعددة إثر حادثة سير نتجت عنها إصابات متعددة شملت كسراً في الجمجمة، ونزيفاً تحت العنكبوتية، وإصابة في الجانب الأيسر من الصدر مصحوبة بكسر في الضلع الثالث، إضافة إلى إصابة في الكتف الأيسر تسببت في كسر مفتت بعظمة لوح الكتف ممتد إلى العنق، إلى جانب إصابة في الضفيرة العضدية والحوض.
وبعد الفحوصات والتصوير الدقيق، أجرى الفريق الطبي عملية تثبيت داخلي للكتف الأيسر بقيادة د.أحمد زايدة استشاري جراحة العظام، وبمشاركة د.محمد فوزي.
وغادر المريض المستشفى بعد استكمال الخطة العلاجية وهو في حالة عامة مستقرة وسيطرة على الألم، فيما أظهر الجرح الجراحي تعافياً جيداً دون مضاعفات، وسط متابعة مستمرة من الفريق الطبي لاستكمال مراحل التأهيل والعلاج.

The medical team at Dallah Hospital in Al-Ahsa successfully performed a precise and complex surgical operation on a man in his forties who sustained multiple injuries due to a traffic accident. The injuries included a skull fracture, subarachnoid hemorrhage, an injury to the left side of the chest accompanied by a fracture of the third rib, as well as an injury to the left shoulder that caused a comminuted fracture of the scapula extending to the neck, in addition to an injury to the brachial plexus and pelvis.
After thorough examinations and precise imaging, the medical team performed an internal fixation surgery on the left shoulder led by Dr. Ahmed Zaidah, an orthopedic surgery consultant, with the participation of Dr. Mohamed Fawzi.
The patient left the hospital after completing the treatment plan in a generally stable condition with pain under control, while the surgical wound showed good healing without complications, amidst continuous follow-up from the medical team to complete the rehabilitation and treatment stages.
