في مشهد يعكس اتساع حضورها الوطني، سجّلت المرأة السعودية حضوراً ميدانياً لافتاً ضمن منظومة وزارة الداخلية وقطاعاتها الأمنية خلال موسم حج 1447هـ، من خلال أدوار مهنية وإنسانية أسهمت في تنظيم حركة الحشود، وتقديم الدعم والإرشاد، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة. وجاءت مشاركة الكوادر النسائية الأمنية امتداداً لجهود وزارة الداخلية في رفع كفاءة العمل الميداني خلال موسم الحج، عبر تأهيل العناصر البشرية، وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة والذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يعزز أمن الحجاج وسلامتهم وراحتهم، ويساند انسيابية الحركة في المواقع ذات الكثافة العالية.
وبرزت المرأة السعودية في أكثر من مسار خدمي وأمني؛ بدءاً من منافذ المملكة ومبادرة (طريق مكة)، إذ أسهمت في استقبال الحجاج وإنهاء إجراءات دخولهم بيسر وسلاسة، مروراً بالعمل الميداني في تنظيم الحشود وتوجيه الحجاج، وصولاً إلى تقديم المساندة الإنسانية والخدمات التطوعية في مواقع متعددة. في الجانب الصحي، حضرت المرأة السعودية عبر الخدمات الطبية بوزارة الداخلية، من خلال تقديم الرعاية الصحية لضيوف الرحمن، والمشاركة في الجهود الوقائية والإرشادية، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى السلامة الصحية خلال أداء المناسك. وتعكس المشاركة جانباً من التحول الذي تشهده القطاعات الأمنية في تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، وإشراك المرأة السعودية في مجالات نوعية، تخدم الإنسان وتعزز جودة التجربة الإيمانية للحاج، ضمن منظومة متكاملة تعمل على تسهيل تنقل ضيوف الرحمن، وتنظيم حركتهم، وتوفير بيئة آمنة ومطمئنة لهم. وتواصل وزارة الداخلية وقطاعاتها الأمنية جهودها في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 عبر تطوير الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، ورفع كفاءة التنظيم، وتسخير الإمكانات البشرية والتقنية لخدمة الحجاج؛ ليؤدوا مناسكهم في أمن وطمأنينة.
In a scene that reflects the broad national presence of women, Saudi women made a remarkable field presence within the Ministry of Interior and its security sectors during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, through professional and humanitarian roles that contributed to organizing crowd movement, providing support and guidance, and enhancing the quality of services offered to the guests of Allah in Mecca and the holy sites. The participation of female security personnel came as an extension of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance the efficiency of fieldwork during the Hajj season, by qualifying human resources and employing modern technologies and artificial intelligence, which enhances the safety and comfort of the pilgrims and supports the smooth movement in high-density areas.
Saudi women stood out in more than one service and security pathway; starting from the Kingdom's entry points and the "Makkah Route" initiative, where they contributed to welcoming the pilgrims and facilitating their entry procedures smoothly and easily, through fieldwork in crowd organization and directing the pilgrims, to providing humanitarian support and volunteer services in multiple locations. In the health sector, Saudi women participated through the medical services of the Ministry of Interior, by providing healthcare to the guests of Allah and participating in preventive and guidance efforts, which contributes to raising the level of health safety during the performance of the rituals. This participation reflects a part of the transformation witnessed in the security sectors in empowering national competencies and involving Saudi women in qualitative fields that serve humanity and enhance the quality of the spiritual experience for the pilgrim, within a comprehensive system that works to facilitate the movement of the guests of Allah, organize their movement, and provide a safe and reassuring environment for them. The Ministry of Interior and its security sectors continue their efforts to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by developing the services provided to the guests of Allah, enhancing organizational efficiency, and harnessing human and technical resources to serve the pilgrims; so they can perform their rituals in safety and reassurance.
