توقع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم (الجمعة) أن يبقى الطقس حاراً إلى شديد الحرارة على المنطقة الشرقية ولا يُستبعد هطول أمطار خفيفة على الأجزاء الجنوبية منها، في حين يستمر تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الحدود الشمالية، الجوف، تبوك، المدينة المنورة قد تصل إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على أجزاء من منطقتي الرياض، نجران والأجزاء الشرقية من المرتفعات الغربية والجنوبية الغربية للمملكة، كما لا تزال الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة على أجزاء من مرتفعات مناطق مكة المكرمة، الباحة، عسير، جازان ونجران.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة 10-30 كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 50 كم/ساعة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين، مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الشمالي، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
وتكون حركة الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي شمالية غربية إلى شمالية شرقية بسرعة 13-27 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today (Friday) that the weather will remain hot to extremely hot in the Eastern region, with light rain possible in its southern parts. Meanwhile, the impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand continues in parts of the Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Tabuk, and Medina regions, which may lead to near-zero visibility in parts of Riyadh, Najran, and the eastern parts of the western and southwestern highlands of the Kingdom. The opportunity for thunderstorms accompanied by hail and active winds remains in parts of the highlands of Makkah, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-30 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, and wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, exceeding two meters, with thunderstorm clouds forming in the northern part. The sea condition is light to moderate with waves, with thunderstorm clouds forming in the southern part.
The surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf is northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 13-27 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, and the sea condition is light.
