أعلنت وزارة الصحة عن خلو موسم حج 1447هـ من أي تفشيات وبائية أو مهددات صحية تؤثر على الصحة العامة، مؤكدةً أن الحالة الصحية العامة لضيوف الرحمن مستقرة ومطمئنة طوال الموسم، رغم ما شهده العالم من تحديات وبائية متزامنة ومستجدات صحية دولية استدعت أعلى مستويات الرصد والتأهب والجاهزية.
وقال وزير الصحة فهد عبدالرحمن الجلاجل: «خلو موسم الحج من التفشيات الوبائية والمهددات الصحية، في ظل تحديات صحية عالمية متزامنة، يعكس ما توليه المملكة بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي العهد من عناية بصحة وسلامة ضيوف الرحمن، ويجسد جاهزية منظومتها الصحية وكفاءة تكاملها مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية».
وأضاف أن «المملكة تستشعر مسؤوليتها في حماية صحة الإنسان، ليس فقط داخل حدودها، بل إسهامًا في سلامة الصحة العامة عالميًا أيضًا، انطلاقًا من مكانتها في استضافة هذا التجمع الإنساني الكبير الذي يفد إليه المسلمون من مختلف دول العالم، ثم يعودون إلى بلدانهم بعد أداء مناسكهم بصحة وسلامة.
استعداد مبكر وتقصٍ مستمر
أوضحت الوزارة أن موسم الحج تزامن مع مستجدات وبائية دولية، من بينها تفشيات لمرض إيبولا في عدد من الدول، ورصد حالات مرتبطة بفايروس هانتا على المستوى الدولي، الأمر الذي عزز أهمية الاستعداد المبكر، والتقصي الوبائي المستمر، والتنسيق مع الجهات الصحية الوطنية والدولية، ورفع جاهزية الاستجابة لأي مخاطر صحية محتملة، فيما لم يتم رصد أي حالة اشتباه أو حالة مؤكدة للأمراض الوبائية ذات التأثير على الصحة العامة ومنها فايروسا «إيبولا وهانتا»، بين الحجاج خلال الموسم.
وبيّنت «الصحة» أن المنظومة الصحية عملت على مدار الساعة من خلال خدمات وقائية وعلاجية وإسعافية وتوعوية متكاملة، إلى جانب أعمال التقصي الوبائي، والاستجابة السريعة، والتنسيق المستمر مع الجهات الحكومية المشاركة في أعمال الحج، مما مكّن ضيوف الرحمن من أداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة.
دعم غير محدود
أكدت الوزارة أن نجاح الموسم صحيًا يأتي امتدادًا للدعم غير المحدود الذي توليه القيادة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وتسخير جميع الإمكانات البشرية والتقنية والتنظيمية للمحافظة على صحتهم وسلامتهم.
وأشادت الوزارة بالدور المحوري الذي قامت به لجنة الحج العليا برئاسة وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، وما بذلته من جهود في الإشراف والتنسيق بين مختلف الجهات المعنية، ما أسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتعزيز جاهزية القطاعات المشاركة في خدمة الحجاج.
وثمّنت الوزارة جهود اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة بمكة المكرمة برئاسة مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير خالد الفيصل بن عبدالعزيز، وبمتابعة دؤوبة من نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة نائب رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، كما ثمّنت جهود اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة بالمدينة المنورة برئاسة أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، وما قامت به اللجان من أعمال تكاملية ومتابعة ميدانية مستمرة أسهمت في تيسير الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن وتحقيق أعلى مستويات السلامة والتنظيم خلال الموسم.
وثمّنت وزارة الصحة جهود الكوادر الصحية ورجال الأمن وجميع الجهات المشاركة في خدمة الحجاج، مشيدةً بما قدموه من تفانٍ وكفاءة وتكامل طوال الموسم، بما يعكس ريادة المملكة في إدارة الحشود وحماية الصحة العامة وتقديم الرعاية الصحية لضيوف الرحمن.
The Ministry of Health announced that the Hajj season of 1447 AH is free from any epidemic outbreaks or health threats affecting public health, confirming that the overall health condition of the guests of the Most Merciful is stable and reassuring throughout the season, despite the challenges of simultaneous global epidemics and international health developments that required the highest levels of monitoring, preparedness, and readiness.
Health Minister Fahd Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel stated: "The absence of epidemic outbreaks and health threats during the Hajj season, amidst simultaneous global health challenges, reflects the care that the Kingdom, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, gives to the health and safety of the guests of the Most Merciful, and embodies the readiness of its health system and its efficient integration with various government agencies."
He added that "the Kingdom feels its responsibility to protect human health, not only within its borders but also as a contribution to global public health safety, stemming from its position in hosting this large human gathering that attracts Muslims from various countries around the world, who then return to their countries after performing their rituals in health and safety."
Early Preparation and Continuous Monitoring
The ministry clarified that the Hajj season coincided with international epidemic developments, including outbreaks of Ebola in several countries, and the monitoring of cases related to the Hanta virus at the international level, which reinforced the importance of early preparation, continuous epidemiological investigation, coordination with national and international health authorities, and raising readiness to respond to any potential health risks. No suspected or confirmed cases of epidemic diseases affecting public health, including the Ebola and Hanta viruses, were reported among the pilgrims during the season.
The "Health" ministry indicated that the health system operated around the clock through integrated preventive, therapeutic, emergency, and awareness services, in addition to epidemiological investigation efforts, rapid response, and continuous coordination with the government agencies involved in Hajj operations, enabling the guests of the Most Merciful to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
Unlimited Support
The ministry confirmed that the success of the season in terms of health is an extension of the unlimited support provided by the leadership to serve the guests of the Most Merciful, utilizing all human, technical, and organizational capabilities to maintain their health and safety.
The ministry praised the pivotal role played by the Supreme Hajj Committee, chaired by the Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and the efforts made in supervising and coordinating among various concerned parties, which contributed to enhancing the efficiency of performance and readiness of the sectors involved in serving the pilgrims.
The ministry also appreciated the efforts of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah in Makkah, chaired by the advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, with diligent follow-up from the Deputy Emir of Makkah, Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz. It also valued the efforts of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah in Madinah, chaired by the Emir of Madinah, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, and the continuous field follow-up and complementary work of the committees that contributed to facilitating the services provided to the guests of the Most Merciful and achieving the highest levels of safety and organization during the season.
The Ministry of Health appreciated the efforts of health personnel, security forces, and all parties involved in serving the pilgrims, commending their dedication, efficiency, and integration throughout the season, reflecting the Kingdom's leadership in crowd management, public health protection, and providing healthcare to the guests of the Most Merciful.
