شارك وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله أمس (الخميس) في الاجتماع غير الرسمي لمجلس الشؤون الخارجية الأوروبي المنعقد في مدينة ليماسول بجمهورية قبرص، وناقش الاجتماع انعكاسات التطوّرات في المنطقة وتبعاتها الجيوسياسية، وتأثيرات ذلك على الاستقرار الإقليمي والدولي.
وعلى هامش الاجتماع التقى وزير الخارجية نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية والشؤون الأوروبية والتعاون الإنمائي في مملكة بلجيكا مكسيم بريفو، وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين ومناقشة المستجدات الإقليمية، والجهود المبذولة حيالها.
كما التقى وزير أوروبا والشؤون الخارجية في الجمهورية الفرنسية جان نويل بارو، واستعرض اللقاء العلاقات الثنائية وسبل تعزيزها بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة، إضافة إلى مناقشة المستجدات الإقليمية والدولية وتداعياتها.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, participated yesterday (Thursday) in the informal meeting of the European Council on Foreign Relations held in the city of Limassol in the Republic of Cyprus. The meeting discussed the implications of developments in the region and their geopolitical consequences, as well as their effects on regional and international stability.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs met with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs, and Development Cooperation of the Kingdom of Belgium, Maxim Prevot. During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and discussed regional developments and the efforts being made regarding them.
The Minister also met with the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic, Jean-Noël Barrot. The meeting reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them to serve mutual interests, in addition to discussing regional and international developments and their repercussions.
