جددت وزارة الداخلية التأكيد على أن كل من يسهّل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال، يعرض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به، وأوضحت أن هذه الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة. وأسفرت الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي تمت في مناطق المملكة للفترة من 27/ 11/ 1447هـ الموافق 14/ 05/ 2026م إلى 03/ 12/ 1447هـ الموافق 20/ 05/ 2026م، عن ضبط 8943 مخالفاً؛ منهم 4638 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و2810 مخالفين لنظام أمن الحدود، و1495 مخالفاً لنظام العمل.
وبلغ إجمالي من تم ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة 1158 شخصاً؛ 38% منهم يمنيو الجنسية، و61% إثيوبيو الجنسية، وجنسيات أخرى 01%، كما تم ضبط 54 شخصاً لمحاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية. كما تم ضبط ثمانية متورطين في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم. فيما بلغ إجمالي من يتم إخضاعهم حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 23679 وافداً مخالفاً؛ منهم 22629 رجلاً، و1050 امرأة.
وأحيل 16402 مخالف لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، وإحالة 1619 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وترحيل 9832 مخالفاً.
The Ministry of Interior has reiterated that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, or transports them within it, or provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form, exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, and the confiscation of the means of transport and accommodation used for shelter, in addition to being publicly shamed. It clarified that this crime is considered a major offense that warrants detention and is detrimental to honor and trust. The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which took place in various regions of the Kingdom from 27/11/1447 AH corresponding to 14/05/2026 AD to 03/12/1447 AH corresponding to 20/05/2026 AD, resulted in the apprehension of 8,943 violators; among them, 4,638 were violators of the residency system, 2,810 were violators of the border security system, and 1,495 were violators of the labor system.
A total of 1,158 individuals were apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom; 38% of them were of Yemeni nationality, 61% were of Ethiopian nationality, and 1% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 54 individuals were apprehended for attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom in an irregular manner. Eight individuals were also apprehended for their involvement in transporting, sheltering, and employing violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations and for concealing them. Currently, a total of 23,679 violators are undergoing enforcement procedures; among them, 22,629 are men and 1,050 are women.
Furthermore, 16,402 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, 1,619 violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, and 9,832 violators were deported.
